First this was our first trip together overseas in 25 years and wow! Thank you for such an amazing trip! Planning was so simple and the app was incredibly helpful!!We did the 10 day Italy tour. We opted for hotels with breakfast. The hotels were perfect! Location, rooms, cleanliness and staff were all perfect! We arrived a couple hours early each time and they already had our rooms ready. The train scheduling was great! Our only two issues had nothing to do with Eurailing and were easily resolved. One our train in Venice had to be evacuated as did the entire station and even though they were reserved seating we went right to the desk a few hours later and they easily got us on the next train with no problem and not extra fees. The staff I worked with through eurailling were always quick to respond emails/questions and very gracious. I was nervous because it seemed so simple but everything went exactly according to the Tineri app and Eurail pass app and so smoothly! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

Our rail connections went very well overall. Any problems were due to typical travel issues like crowds and system delays. Because we travel with luggage and are in our seventies, the fact that some of the lifts were out of order did affect us, but we managed.
The hotels were all very convenient to the train stations and clean. The Scandic choices were the nicest stays with the most amenities. All hotels were safe and acceptable. We had one ferry cabin that was not comfortable, but the other one was wonderful. Sometimes the directions to hotels were difficult to follow because the train stations are so large with many exits. When landmarks were included it was helpful.

We asked for a complicated itinerary…And they got us the multitude of cities we wanted…With hotels pretty close to the train station.

There was a glitch with a bus trip…but they wanted to work with us to make it right…We ended up going rogue and renting a car and seeing another country too.

Hotels were mostly pretty good and better than we might have expected…One was meh but passable.

And the app and the instructions were helpful the whole trip…Which says a lot.

There were moments where we wanted them to communicate faster by email…But that’s life…they did a good job with the trip.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Paris, Bordeaux and Arcachon.
The rail travel was faultless with bookings and timings to our satisfaction. The various hotels were very well located with easy links to local transport or in Arcachon just off the sea-front.
We had a great time exploring attractions in each destination and we can't thank InterRailingPackages and their agents enough for all their help and support.

Recently went on my trip of a lifetime which InterRailing staff helped organize. There is no way we could have done this without their experience and help. Definitely would recommend their services. They were there throughout the entire trip to assist with any glitches. Thank you InterRailing!

Our trip was derailed by COVID for two years and Interrailing Packages was so patient with our request to delay the trip until it was safe to travel again and, we were able to fit it back into our schedule. Once we committed to dates, things went very smoothly. There was great communication right up until we left. We traveled to London, Amsterdam and Paris. The Tineri app had all of the information we needed to get to hotels and to the train stations. This was our first trip to Europe so it made the trip so relaxing knowing we had all of the necessary information at our fingertips. The hotels we stayed at in Paris and Amsterdam were wonderful!

InterRailing Packages took all the hard work out of finding hotels and locations to stay in as well as arranging all our train connections, routing plans and seat reservations. Made for a very smooth trip and everything ran perfectly to plan. Great company to liaise with throughout the booking process and they pretty much tailored made our trip for us. Great service, would recommend.

We had a wonderful trip. We visited six different countries in three weeks. There was a train strike in progress and InterRailing made new arrangements within a few minutes of our original departure time. Seamless, nice job! Our biggest complaint is with a few of the hotels we stayed at. The Hotel in Frankfurt was a block off of skid row and we got to listen to people under the influence all night. Also, the first hotel we were in was a dump. I believe someone should spend the night in the hotels they are booking. Other than that it was simple and easy.

The hotel locations overall were very good and clean but I don’t know what criteria was used to determine 3 - 4 stars, every new location was a real experience to see the hotels. Interrailing should personally view ALL the hotel they are booking for their customers.
All trains & connections were very good but when we were planning our vacation I had requested rail transportation to be booked around 10 am, 7 am trains are very difficult to get to when you are unfamiliar with your surroundings.

Interrail booked a bespoke tour for me to visit Bratislava, reserving seats on high speed trains and accommodation in hotels there and during the three-day journeys. Most of the itinerary ran smoothly, although the late running of some trains meant I missed one connexion on the way. It resulted in my arrival in Bratislava being one hour late, but that did not detract from my overall enjoyment of my journey. One train left early, and I was able to establish this at the station, though I think Interrail should have been able to warn me of this. Interrail cannot be held responsible for the late running of trains.
The trains booked for me mostly left rather early in the morning (before 9:00am), making having time for breakfast and getting to the station on time something of a challenge. I would have liked the timing to have been presented to me as a proposal rather than as a booking. But it meant I had more time, arriving at each day's destination in the early rather than late afternoon, thus giving me more time to enjoy the sights in the cities I chose to visit.
This was the first time I had undertaken a long series of train journeys, and I learnt a lot about my choices. I will modify my initial requests next time in the light of my experiences.
Above all, it was reassuring to know that I had hotel accommodation, and generally reserved seats on trains, and Interrail could not have responded better to my initial requests. I shall certainly consult Interrail again when I plan my next European rail adventure.

They find you the best hostel as possible that is bear the main part of the city. 3 of the 4 locations I had been to on my inter rail trip where in the main part of the city

We took a 2 week trip to Europe which involved travel to 6 different locations. The whole process was easy and organized. The team made sure everything was taken care of in advance. The tracking app was wonderful and extremely helpful. We had one minor hiccup on a Friday night but with a quick phone call it was resolved by the team in 20 minutes.

We would definitely recommend using Interrailing for travel and are planning our next trip.

Over all it was a great time I was able to relax and enjoy my time without have to worry about train schedules and finding a place to stay. When I did have issues it was very easy to get ahold of someone to help out.

From leaving home to arriving in Athens, I can verify that Interrail delivered exactly on the money.

I took in Paris, Milan Bari and Athens. Accommodation was excellent value and well located for the stations. The rail travel was second to none.

My experience on Europe tour was great. It was really special since I come from a small island of Fiji. Thank you interrailing package for making this possible. Everyone need to wash there cloths. Man sometimes this was a nightmare to fine a laundry mate. Please add this to your travels.
