My first stay in Amsterdam was fantastic. Almost too good actually. Conveniently located beside the train station and a quick ride into the center. Had laundry on site and a fully equipped kitchen. Was in a 4 person dorm and it was cleaned and refreshed every day whether someone checked out or not.
Next stay was st. Christophers Inn Canal Paris. I wasn't as pleased with this stay compared to the first one. My stays were meant to have breakfast included and there had been a policy change by the establishment that was not indicated to the package planner so I was only given a voucher for breakfast on the first day and then had to pay for my own breakfast every day after that. The first room I was assigned to was leaking from a rain storm and water was coming into my bunk so I had to relocate to another room. But that's the establishment issue. The stay was quite far from most or the tourist areas but the metro is only 4.20eur and pretty easy to use. Laundry but no community kitchen.
My third stay was also a St. Christophers Inn in Barcelona, I actually preferred this one over the Paris one, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, really nice outdoor patio to hang out on, air conditioned. The 12 bed dorm was a lil tight. The establishment provided Tip-based walking tours around the city. Again the breakfast was meant to be included but because of the same policy change I had to buy my own breakfast every day.

All my trains were on time and comfortable. The train to Barcelona actually had a small dining cabin with a kiosk for sandwiches, snacks and beverages.

My son and I planned our own 4-week mad dash around Europe in April/May, but Interrailing Packages made it a simple, stress free experience for us. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff booked our trains and accommodation and the Tineri App made finding our train tickets and way around easy. We stayed in private twin rooms in hostels and a few hotels and the accommodation was fabulous - better than we could have expected! I would definitely book another trip with Interrailing Packages in the future and absolutely recommend them to others.

Travelling through Europe with my girlfriend over 2 weeks, 8 cities and 10 was an amazing experience which was very well organised by Interrailing packages who were always on hand to aid us during any difficult situations

I had a great experience on my first-ever trip to Ireland, booked through InterRailing Packages. They worked with me to customize one of their standard packages, so I could get an overnight stay in Dingle. As a result, I discovered the charming city of Tralee and the Ashe Hotel there, which was the highlight of my travels, accommodation-wise. The Tineri app the company uses was so handy, with excellent walking directions from stations to hotels. I highly recommend InterRailing Packages.

InterRailing Packages did a fantastic job of building us a custom itinerary to hit 8 countries in 17 days (+1 side quest to Slovakia with the extra day in our rail pass). They took care of booking our tickets and seat reservations, as well as our accommodations. They made the whole trip easy with the app, and returned messages promptly before, during, and after our trip. They were also great about recommending experiences along the way, as well as inform us about the logistics of traveling from one city to the next. I would definitely use them again, and would encourage any traveler new to using the rail system in Europe to use their services.

100% worth it. Everything was amazing from the initial planning stages to actually booking and even going on the trip. Any issues where dealt with by an amazing customer service team. Couldn’t fault any part of it and will definitely be looking at a return.

I had a short 8 day trip. Everything is organised on the app for you prior to your trip. The rail planner app is a handy tool also to see your train times and view any changes although I was not informed of the a train cancellation until I got to the station 1 day. Not really interailing fault though. Overall it was a great experience and very decent price wise.

Interrailings did a good job. For first timer in Europe this is the best way to do it. The train rides were awesome with the luxury of the country side views. All our connections and accommodations were finalized perfectly. I will highly recommend to anyone.

Interrailing Packages were excellent. They found me suitable hotels in the many places I stayed during this trip (Madrid, Seville, Barcelona, Marseille, Milan, Mainz, and Paris), saving me what would otherwise have been a laborious job. They provided reservations on the high-speed train routes, explained the apps, chatted with me on Zoom when I requested it, and in every way provided the support that took the stress out of the trip. Very highly recommended.

We initially reached out to Lisa, Donal and the team at Interrailingpackages in late 2019 to book a custom 16 day Interrailing package through Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Czechia and Germany.

They were really friendly and assisted in booking all the hotels and train reservations we needed. Then Covid hit, but the team held onto all our details and 3 years later, we resumed planning!

They organised well-placed hotels in all our cities, setup the correct Interrail / Eurail global passes for us, provided ample documentation to explain how everything would work and were on hand to answer questions us newbies had.

Ultimately we were able to do the trip my wife and I had talked about even before we got married, and the team ensured that by helping us organise the trip, we've gotten memories to last a lifetime.

Most amazing 4 weeks! We couldn’t have done it without them, the team were so helpful before and during the trip, answering any questions and solving any problems straight away. The app made sure hostels were easy to find and transport easy to navigate. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again!!

It was a great experience. I am not used to public transportation which is used alot. Add $150 - $200 extra for using it. 3 nights in each place was well. The hostels was a good experience. Slovenia hostel was definitely for younger adults. The other hostels had more for a wider range of age. When we ran into trouble, the number we called handled the problem quickly and efficiently.

Everything was taken care of for us, and it was amazing. We could have never done this by ourselves. They even gave us an app that had all of our information handy and in one location. Will definitely use them again. Rick and Peggy

Great company for first time interrailers in Europe! We had a slight hiccup in the scheduling of our first train on the wrong date; however, the team was extremely quick to book us a flight and get us back on track with our trip. Everything else went very smoothly from scheduling the trip to required documentation and tours. The hotels varied with some being better than others despite all having the same star rating but all of the hotels had English speaking staff which made the stays easy. A tip for travelers is to absolutely bring the paper copies of your train tickets as numerous times we were asked to provide not only the EURail ticket but also the seat reservation. Overall friendly and responsive company we would recommend using.

InterRailing Packages was there when I needed them, every step of the way throughout our 12 night custom trip that led us through London, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Granada, Cordoba, and Sevilla. My only complaint would be the location of the hotel Abba del Raval in the old quarter of Barcelona. It just did not feel like a good part of town and the hotel was under major renovation. Also, Hotel Europa gave us quite a hassle about the second night of our stay and was most inhospitable. But, no worries, I received immediate assistance on a Saturday afternoon from the kind folks at InterRailiing Packages. Thank you for a smooth and wonderful first time trip to Europe. I would definitely recommend their services.

We finished our rail/ accommodation trip yesterday and had a wonderful time. The hotels booked by inter rail packages were in fantastic locations and all very clean. We particularly loved the Venice location and Salzburg hotels!! Wow, both being so close to all the action was amazing.

Interail were also very responsive with last minute questions about the apps and passwords required. The rail app was very easy to use and the hotel directions on tinery were great.

Also the overnight train was so much fun.

Overall our trip was great. As seniors it was a bit ambitious. Hauling luggage through train stations & subways was sometimes tough particularly when the connections were tight. To go from Bern to Bordeaux we had to change trains in Geneva & Paris. In Paris we had to take 2 subways to get to another train station and the instructions for the subway said to take line 6, but we had to take another line first to get to line 6. We had fifty minutes to make the transfer and it was tight! The train to Bordeaux was delayed so we made it but it was pretty brutal.
Our train ride from London to Carlisle was awful. We did not have a window & it was packed. We were told that we had First Class seats but we did not. I had really wanted to see the English countryside because I watch a lot of BBC so not having a window was VERY disappointing to say the least.
Because it was a custom trip I think the expectation is that it’s more expensive. It would have been nice to have a choice of *** or **** accommodation. Our nicest hotel was in Bern. The worst was the hotel in Bordeaux.
The room in Paris was a good size but there was no air conditioning and the walls were thin because we could hear people talking next door. It was also scary walking (quite a distance) from the subway to the hotel at night.
Our **** hotels were nice & very near the train station in London & the sbaun in Berlin. The hotel in Munich was quite a distance from the train station. It was very basic but not too bad overall.
Given the choice we would happily have paid more for **** hotels in every city.
We recognize that it was a long trip though 5 countries so booking all the trains wasn’t easy. We are glad that the transportation & accommodations were booked for us.
We would recommend your company if asked, especially for younger people. It would be challenging for many seniors.
