Amazing experience. Loved it. :). The staff at interrailing packages were really professional and helpful. They booked all my accommodation for me really quickly, and also the ferry and bus tivkets for me all in a short time. The Tineri app they provide access to had everything you could possibly need in there for a holiday- maps, itinery, details of accommodation etc. Brilliant 😊

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, being an older traveller I had a number of questions, all of which were answered instantly which was very reassuring. The bespoke itinerary was well designed and fitted our needs, additional requests to change hotel bookings were swiftly dealt with. Natasha dealt with most of our queries and was extremely helpful.

My husband and I recently completed the Sarria to Santiago de Compostela Camino walking trip, and I can honestly say it was the best trip we've ever taken. As travellers who aren't very adventurous, we were a little nervous about the logistics but INTERRAILING PACKAGES made everything effortless.

From the moment we booked, everything was perfectly organised and clearly updated on the App. Flights, tight train connections in Madrid, nightly accommodation, and even luggage transfers - it all ran like clockwork. We didn't have to worry about a thing.

This is our 2nd time using Interrailing Packages and they are fantastic. They take all the stress out of our travel. I give them an idea of where we want to go and how long in each city and they do a custom itinerary for us, booking all hotels and train travel. It’s so easy to use their App with all our information on it and suggestions for each city. Also using their App with rail planner app is fantastic as well. Everything was so easy to follow, itinerary, rail app , instructions on how to use etc! The team were also very responsive to any questions before and after booking and prior to travelling! All hotels were central and of good standard, travelled with an 11 year old and 13year old who loved the adventures, train experience, hotels , breakfasts and tours booked. Everything went so well from start to finish for our Little Italy booking! We would highly recommend and would love to book again!! Thank you all

We did Budapest to Berlin package. It was well organised. Good hotels, close to town centres and easy to follow travel instructions.

We missed one connection but following helpful call to InterRailing packages we were back on track within the hour 😀

Anyone considering travelling on Interrail without support from InterRailingPackages should consider how they would cope with the partial last minute cancellation of a sleeper train. It happened to us, plus other train delays. and the company were always there to provide helpful 24 hour support. Great service right from the planning through to the trip itself, which was relaxed and so enjoyable as a result

Really enjoyed our trip. The advice given by Natasha was excellent. I didn't have to do a lot. I just called and explained where we wanted to go and what the aim of the trip was and Natasha did the rest. Very straightforward and easy.

IRP were excellent throughout the whole process. They helped me choose the right cities, the right accommodation, the right train times - with in-depth experience of the rail system, the hostels and cultural differences.

Their helpline was always available for any issues and able to provide practical solutions e.g. when our train from Krakow to Budapest was suddenly rerouted or when a hostel's booking system was incorrect.

I have already thoroughly recommended them to my friends and do so to you!

I was extremely happy with the service I got from Interrailing. We took an extremely complicated trip including staying in 14 locations across Europe. The trip included 13 train trips, bus trips and even an overnight ferry. They did a great job with all of the logistics and Hostels reservations etc. We did have a few issues with late trains and missed connections, but the Interrailing support personnel were on it to get us rebooked via WhatsApp.

Lisa and the entire team were amazing! We traveled to 9 cities in 8 countries over the course of 3 weeks. They worked closely with us to ensure we were all on the same page, the hotels were fantastic, the trains schedules were perfect, the app was extremely helpful and we had a wonderful time! We're planning another trip this fall and will be contacting them for help again!

The Tineri and Rail Planner apps were comprehensive and easy to use (although intimidating at first). We visited 10 European cities on 14 separate train journeys—not a single problem! Also—the 3-star hotels were fine (although the hotels in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria seemed to be slightly more comfortable than those in Italy and France). Locations were, for the most part, perfectly fine! All in all, I feel this was an excellent way to let the “experts” do the organizing, allowing us to spend more time enjoying the experience!!

Had a great experience with Interrailing Packages. From start to finish our trip to Austria was planned perfectly, all details in one app, even down to directions to walk from our hotel, which i must say was beautiful and so comfortable, to the train station. The staff were very helpful, keeping on top of everything, especially when the airline changed our flight times, they were great sorting new airport transfers. They booked us 2 days at the Formula 1 grand prix, seats were ideal, between 2 corners with great views. Train trasfers had reserved seats which was great as the trains were packed with race goers. We also had a day trip to Salzburg, again with train transfers and reserved seating. All in all it was a great trip (best 50th birthday according to my other half) Would highly recommend travelling with Interrailing Packages, nothing was too much bother for them.

I took my daughter on a whirlwind trip through Europe for her 16th birthday and booked all our hotels and Eurail with Interrailing Packages. Let me just say that they didn’t just plan our journey; they emotionally supported it.

Barcelona was magical… until we missed our first train. I panicked, paid 300€, and had a full internal meltdown before remembering: wait, I literally hired professionals for moments like this. Once I reached out, everything fell right back into place.

Marseille was our second stop, a city you can’t get lost in (though we tried) and absolutely stunning. We wandered beautiful streets, indulged in fantastic food, shopped, and lived our best baguette-filled lives. But leaving for the next city, a boarding issue had me teetering on the brink of “ugly” crying at the station. Interrailing’s support was like a travel-savvy fairy godmother. It wasn’t just help, it was emotional CPR. Honestly, their response felt like a warm hug and a reassuring hand on my shoulder.

Lyon brought peace. It was the much-needed pause in the middle of our fast-track trip: calm, scenic, and flavorful. As someone from Louisiana, having andouille in the city that birthed it felt spiritual. Culinary awe was real, and Lyon instantly became one of my most special stops.

Basel was so safe and polished that I dubbed it the “Japan of Europe.” It was calm, intentional, and spotless. We felt secure, welcomed, and completely charmed by the city's history, architecture, and riverside beauty.

And Paris? Paris felt like the older, artsier sister of New Orleans, you know, the one who reads poetry, wears silk scarves, and somehow has time for espresso and existentialism. We ate, wandered, admired the architecture, and fully embraced our hilarious National Lampoon’s European Vacation moment — just with fewer car crashes, more train drama, and one teenager repeatedly asking, “Are we seriously walking again?” every 20 minutes.

Interrailing Packages made everything feel less stressful. The hotels were well-chosen. Their Eurail support? Lifesaving. Once I remembered I had a team behind me, the whole trip became so much more enjoyable.

Would I book with them again? Already planning the next trip.

Had a trip booked over to England for 4 weeks and knew we wanted to travel Europe for 2 of those weeks but didn’t know how to go about it or where to start. The guys at interrail packages took care of everything and made it super easy. We chose the ‘city slickers’ package and it sure did deliver. They made everything super easy to navigate and provided all relevant information and documents to make the trip hassle free. If you feel like you are in the same boat as me and haven’t got a clue exactly where you want to travel I can’t recommend these guys enough.
