Ordered from their website, super easy to upload songs and vinyl cover images. I opted for the rush order as we would be moving soon and they delivered - I received the record in 10 day. Quality is great, sounds is great, super happy with purchase, will definitely be ordering more.

My boyfriend ordered me a custom vinyl from this company. Paid over $100 for it. Once we received it and played it, we realized every song stopped after about a minute in.
We double checked the audio he had sent to them and made sure it wasn’t an issue on our end.
I sent the company a direct message on instagram and told them the issue. They asked for my order number and then never responded.
My boyfriend also emailed them and has heard nothing from them.
The customer service is lacking and at this rate, I doubt we will get a refund.

All perfect, except that I requested to change the back image of the sleeve and a link was sent to me to upload the new image but the old one was printed out instead.
Besides that the quality on the vinyl is exceptional.

The order shipped out wayy faster then I expected wich was nice and was done incredibly well, these guys do just an incredible job I suggest 10 times out of 10 anytime for anyone who needs vinyl jackets, 110% and gonna be purchasing more often from here i highly suggest

sound and print quality is awful. the first minute or so is just static, and the speed is wrong so it sounds off. the vinl cover is crap. wish i read these reviews before buying

I ordered 2 copies of the same record, which are tracks that I produced/remixed, so I had the WAV mastered and rendered directly from my DAW, which means zero noise. The production and shipping time were not the problem, actually I got it before the 6 weeks expected originally. Jacket and label print were actually good, nothing to complain there.

But...here we come with the issues:

1. Sound quality was AWFUL in all possible ways.
2. Besides the bad sound quality, there is a low frequency noise in all tracks and not only audible in the silence parts.
3. A lot of pops during the track reproduction
4. Surface noise also above all other lathe cuts that I got before.
5. (and the worse issue) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE!!!! I've sent multiple emails, all answered by AI agent. It's been already almost a month since I've gotten the records and no solution. I already sent a last email asking for refund. All I want is to return this piece of crap and get my money back. I understand issues happen, but not being considerate with the customer who trusted them to do get the job done and now I need to be stressing out with stupid AI agents (and now I am not even getting the AI responses lol). That is messed up!

Thank you so much for my order. I love it but I was expecting a slightly better printing quality, I sent in very hi-res pictures and the actual printouts of the jackets are a bit pixelated but that's me being nitpicky. The main reason why i'm giving 3 stars is because the cardboard of the jackets is extremely flimsy, it's so hard to put them away without bending them

At first I was scared to order due to all the mixed and one sided reviews. However my order got here earlier than expected and in good condition. The only minor details that the back sleeve picture I chose was slightly off centered. And the vinyl color I chose was clear and it came out white instead. But other than that the vinyl itself and sound quality are really good!!! I really recommend its the perfect gift for someone and they do a really good job! :)

I understand it takes time, but I’ve been waiting on my delivery for months. I haven’t received many updates, and when I try to track my package, it tells me its in the same location it’s been in from the start.

I took a long time to arrive. I ordered a vinyl sleeve and it is not made of standard material, it is paper so it is flimsy and cannot hold itself up, I had to add in cardboard to be able to use it. I have had my order a few weeks and the ink smell does not go away & it very strong.

Easy to follow checkout experience, just expect to wait a good few weeks before you get your product!

Awful. No update on how long the item takes. Just "we're busier than usual." The ink stinks. The paper stock used is a step away from being 3 sheets of printer paper thick and there were at least 2 conversations about them using a gloss finish and I believe I paid for it with the link they sent me but it was a matte finish. Took months. Like almost 3 months. This is bad. I paid $50 for idk even know what. Not recommended.

My entire design was printed off center, customer service has given me no resolution weeks later.

Placed an order almost 2 years (!) ago...still nothing. Dont buy here!

I sent over two WAV FIles to have cut on 7inch records. They sound horrible with loud hissing being played through the record. That one record was a test, before I sent a list of more WAVE Files to have cut. SORRY it didn't work out.
