Really appreciate the quality and the turntime to get this vinyl.

The print quality was good but it has a bad smell that still doesn't go away and the carboard they use to make it is so weak and flimsy, i don't recommend and will not be buying from here again. Also took a month to get to me and after the month passed to ask about my tracking info took days to get to me

They kept baiting me by saying "Delayed by 1 week" "Delayed for 1 day" but turns out IT WAS NOT EVEN GIVEN TO THE SHIPPERS. When the final product came I was expecting that good cardboard material but it came in a cheap canvas casing and the vinyl was scratched, so I waited 4 months worth of delays and 100 DOLLARS for a cheaply made vinyl record. DONT BUY FROM THESE "Quality" vinyl record makers.

Product is amazing. It came pretty slow but it makes sense because of all the custom orders. The quality is great for both the material and the print.

my jacket came in perfectly! the photo quality is amazing, the jacket material itself is a little flimsy but seems put together well. Overall for the price and quality I am pleased- this is probably the cheapest you will find for “custom”.

Since it is a little flimsy I personally recommend if you buy one to store the sleeve in an outer sleeve and put your vinyl on the backside of the sleeve so you can still display the front cover :)!!!

I expected the sleeve to be a better quality. It was very flimsy and not on cardstock like a typical sleeve. The print is more of a soft touch matte texture. It’s not easy to get a record in and out of it. Overall, while the clarity of the print is good and it looks nice, I thought for the price it wasn’t as high quality as it should have been.

The basic ordering stuff is fine, but shipping is horrible.

I placed my order on November 8th of 2024. I received the notification that the package was "shipped" on JANUARY 30TH OF 2025, far off from the proposed "4 weeks" that the website described. In actuality, at the time of writing this, the package has NOT been shipped and instead has been sitting in Pre Shipment since the 30th with a label created, but no package, which means that USPS HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AT ALL, IT IS STILL SITTING AT INTHECLOUDS.

This is absolutely horrible service and I'd highly recommend AGAINST purchasing from them unless you like dealing with customer service.

UPDATE: As of February 27th, I have received my tape, it's pretty good, audio quality is good, but I'm not a fan of the fact that the label on the cassette is printed onto the plastic itself instead of a sticker, especially given that it's misaligned. But either way, I still would not recommend this service simply due to how long it takes to arrive.

The product I did receive, was good quality. The problem is that they got my order wrong. Their customer support might as well be nonexistent. They respond to your emails saying that they are looking into it, but after 2 weeks of hearing that, I doubt they are doing anything. Terrible service. I'm disputing the charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Order was wrong and have not received any help what so ever

The order took over a month to ship, and I had designed a cd case as well and only got the cd with a paper case. Not worth the money. They did write a cute note though!

Usually don't have a problem with this company but the last record I order when it plays it has background noises like the way it would sound if an old record was really worn sent message to customer service haven't gotten anything back besides an AI response.

I ordered two custom CDs. They were identical, so it should not have been a difficult order. They only sent me one, and after I emailed twice, they have not given me a proper response, and clearly do not place urgency on correcting serious mistakes like this. I’ve given them time, but they seem to have ignored or forgotten, which is extremely frustrating. I planned to gift them both to different friends, and this service is ruining that hope. If you see this, please make an effort to fix this.

Amazing turn around time! So much thought into my order I was beyond pleased with it. Even sent me an appreciation letter! Little do they know I appreciate them!!

Record is fantastic, just what I wanted! I would have given five stars for a little more communication during the production process and a thicker cardboard jacket, but overall a great product!

I just got my order. The packaging was great and when I played the records, the sound quality was good. My only complaint is the run out groove. I have automatic turntables. I think the run out groove should go to the center of the record. Other than that I'm satisfied with my order. I think for people that have automatic or semi automatic turntables the run out groove should run into the center of the record.

The item arrived quickly, and every step along the way was communicated clearly. It was in great condition and was exactly as described.
