There was a zoom over the whole of side A of the record, rendering it unplayable, i do not understand how they sent this to me, when i reached out to customer help, they deferred to a random return / claim manifest site… where i needed to send back in OG packaging etc etc anyway rendering it impossible solve my issue! I do not need to return it? I paid for a service they did a lousy job without any quality control and now need to make it right.

The cover art and labels prints were fantastic. I wish I would've taken a little more time on them, but I was under the gun for a Birthday present. Not bad for doing everything off my iPad and in bed half asleep. The music sounded pretty good for being a lathe cut record. There is some hum on side 2 but it's more of a novelty item for my band mates. Overall, I'm stoked on these came out. I would do it again.

Getting a response from customer service is bad. However, I received my order much faster than expected (especially during the holiday season) and it is exactly what I envisioned. For what they’re here for, the sound quality is pretty decent; it’s obviously not going to be as perfect as a super professional, real deal vinyl. The sleeve does have a “scent” to it but it is not as bad as other reviewers make it seem— it just smells like it was freshly printed/painted.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase and do recommend!

Run fast the other way and keep your sanity and money safe.
Maybe it's a crapshoot, but three out of three bad experiences is hard to find a silver lining in. The graphics/printing output is enviable, but the sound output can be iffy, and the customer service is downright deplorable. "We'll get back to you soon" is a promise that rarely, if ever, happens.

Cover material is flimsy but the vinyl itself is just poor quality. All tracks were edited to fit the within the length specified and all to an adequate volume. However when manufacturing the vinyl they’ve compressed all of the tracks damaging the quality and volume whilst leaving massive gaps from the outer and inner circles of the vinyl.

I placed an order for a vinyl through your website 6 months ago. It was meant to be shipped 6 months ago to the UK.

However, upon tracking the delivery with DHL, it appears that the package was mistakenly shipped to Englishtown, USA, instead of my UK address!!

I have emailed about this before to no response or help. I paid for insurance too. Feel scammed!

the printing was done amazingly. it shipped esther quickly and overall i loved it.

vinyl jacket so poor in quality you couldn’t read the text on it. the folding job was equally as embarrassing. emailed support and haven’t heard back at all. would not recommend and still want a replacement/refund

Ordering was great and simple. Then customer service was AWESOME! They reply back to you in about 3 days. Which isn't bad for customer service. They even told me I could replace a song, since I accidentally uploaded the wrong one. Not a lot of companies will do that. So it was very nice to have that option. They vinyl quality is pretty good. The only problem is that some songs play louder than others. I would have to put my volume all the way up to hear most songs at a normal volume. But none of the songs I uploaded were mastered and I didn't pay extra to get them mastered either so, that could be the reason why. One song on the record was originally medium quality but when they put it on the record it was almost high quality. Which is amazing. The record cover is made out of this plasticky stuff which did have a weird smell but it's definitely more durable than the regular vinyl record sleeves you would get on a regular record. There is barely any room in the sleeve for the 2 records though. I wish they had a gatefold option when ordering custom vinyls. It did take about 4 months to ship. Which was expected based on everyone else's reviews. But they do mention they take a a while. Overall the vinyl sounds pretty good. I would buy from then again.

Very affordable and great quality! Creating and submitting the template was simple and the order arrived quickly. Print looks great and love that the jacket can easily fit two records. Greatly appreciate the services yall provide, and will certainly purchase more in the future.

Arrived fast and sounds great! I just with the grooves worked with my turntables auto feature, aside from that it’s great!

I LOVED my record! It came out so good, it doesn’t skip, the art work is amazing on the sleeve (even tho I wish the sleeve was thicker), it came faster than expected, and I even got a personal little note and a sticker! I was and am beyond happy with my order and will definitely be ordering from yall again!

The vinyl I received is good but has a few issues. First problem is there's an awful hum coming from the vinyl, it's not coming from my vinyl player. Second it has an awful warble to it, so if theres singing or notes it sounds like it's slowing down and speeding up. Again nothing to do with my vinyl player. I know it's lathed cut so it's not going to be absolutely amazing sounding but didn't think it would sound this bad. And third thing is I never received my "Making Of" video which is really annoying so I would like the £35 back from that. The good things: The vinyl looks amazing! And the art work is good quality. Wouldn't buy vinyls from this company again!
