The new flavour has grown on me
I was unsure about the new flavour, but it has grown on me. The big benefits for me are, I no longer clear my throat after drinking it and I also used have to pee urgently and that has gone with the new recipe.
I drink a bottle a day keeping my digestion feeling so much easier. Even though the flavour has changed, I still wouldn't miss a day without it.
Well done IO for continually improving this life changing drink.

Yes, we have changed our recipe and taken erythritol out to create an even cleaner label. We take our customer's feedback on board very seriously and our product development person has been made aware of your comment.
Of course every body's taste is subjective, feedback from people who have had ió in the past and the new bottles have found that after a few days they enjoy the new recipes better, it just took them time to adjust. We do hope you'll consider trying it for longer, (and of course continuing to get the great, clinically proven health benefits that go with ió, too!)

Again I haven’t received my order despite being assured the issue had been rectified.
Will source alternative replacement as company can’t stick to arrangement.

Hi Mandee, we're sorry to hear about your latest order. It should have arrived by the 18th of June (today) at the latest, 12 days after you received your last order on the 6th of June.
Sadly, the courier, Yodel, has informed us your parcel was damaged in the depot so it didn't go out for delivery. As per the tracking link on your order the parcel was damaged on the 16th of June and sent back to us. We have dispatched another case to you and one free of charge to make up for the inconvenience.
We did rectify the issue so cases would arrive every 12 days but, unfortunately, the courier dropped the ball here on their end so the parcel is now late. If not for the damage to the parcel it would have been with you on the 16th of June.
Please accept our apology and enjoy the free case on us. This should arrive with you Friday 20th all being well. We're saddened that you have cancelled your subscription as like you say it's a good product.

I love io…
I really enjoy both flavours of io and love the fact that it doesn't have a nasty artificial sweetner aftertaste. It's also great that the ingredients are all natural. I have not only noticed an immediate improvement in digestive issues but also improved sleep and mood.

I actually don't like the taste albeit your company has to put a hint of a fruit taste to make it palatable which on the whole I didn't enjoy the drink and is not for me.

First timer
First purchase but am loving the communication from the team on what to expect. As promised has increased fibre and goin to the l99 isn't the normal dreaded experience, plus am sleeping like a baby. I've already started a subscription and will definatly be telling my friends and family about this product.

Wonderful flavours
Got the mixed pack as I love both the strawberry and lemon and lime flavours. They have certainly helped with my gut health and now have them as part of my daily diet.

Healthier Gut
I have felt and looked bloated for a number of years and I was told I probably had bad gut health so started to drink drink a fibre water per day (along with another probiotic supplement) and noticed I was much less bloated and a lot more "regular" where I used to think "going once a day" was normal, I was wrong and have now upped to 2 bottles a day.

I've been drinking ió fibrewater for a couple of years now and have found it's really helped with the digestive issues caused by fibromyalgia. I'd previously tried prebiotic supplements, which didn't help. When I saw something online about ió fibrewater, I thought I'd give it a go, not really expecting it to help. But after a couple of weeks, I noticed the stomach pain, gas, and nausea had eased considerably. I still have some really bad days, but every day was a bad day before, so I'd say it's definitely worth a try if you suffer from any digestive issues! Also, their customer service is great, and it tastes delicious! 🍋🍋🟩🍓

I love this water
I love this water, since taking it for over 5months now, it has helped with my IBS, also I eat less, and drink more water, cannot tolerate TAP water, so hardly drank water, but now because of the taste of io fibre water I now want to drink water.Glad I discovered this product, yes I recommend
