ió Gut Health Drink Avis 

When I was told about this I was a bit dubious as I have never had a flavoured water that I liked. They have all left an after taste. But not IO Fibrewater !! It is very refreshing and I have also felt quite energised over the last few days that I have been drinking it. My 30 year old daughter also loves it. So well done to the manufacturers. Looking forward to trying the strawberry version.

I work long hours at the NHS, I never find time to get enough fibre, or water. Rushed off my feet, and often feeling very bloated. I decided to try something new, the ió fibrewater. I love it. Amazing. I bloat a lot, I often have stomach cramps, seriously, in just over one week I feel so much lighter, less tired, energy is much better. I know that this is for keeps.

I am on day 7 of drinking the io Fibrewater. I love it. The first two days were a little hard, my system had to get used to the increased fibre and prebiotic. Suddenly, day 3 was better, and from day 4 onwards, GREAT. I adore the taste, it is very subtle and fresh. I sip it throughout the day, slowly. I sleep super well and my energy levels are sharper. I highly recommend this water, just try it, and feel the difference.

Very impressed with io fibrewater. Since ive been drinking it i am waking up less frequently at night time and finding that my energy levels are much higher throughout the day. I am from the "finish what's on your plate " generation but with my main meal in the evening I'm more often unable to finish it as I feel fuller and more satisfied with smaller portions.
Great tasting water, very refreshing with just a hint of flavour, definitely recommend it.

This water is a miracle in a bottle! I am sleeping far better, and day by day I am feeling my health and wellbeing improve.

Refreshing and natural tasting water with the added benefit of reducing cravings for sweet and starchy food. Feels like I am doing myself an favour drinking this.

A great natural tasting but refreshing water which definitely improves digestion etc!! I would highly recommend you buy and try the innovative water product I think you will be astonished.

I’m always looking for quick and simple ways to enhance my diet and iO fibre water makes it easy for me to achieve this every day. It’s so much better than dealing with gloopy psyllium powders - and much more gentle on my system too.

I am definitely recommending ió fibrewater to friends and family for feeling more full and helping to cut out snacking.

I'm loving io water. Not the usual artifical taste associated with other flavoured waters. My 9 year old even went in the fridge for a 2nd bottle of it today, which I was surprised at, as its a battle to get him to drink normal water. Looking forward to seeing all the benefits this brings to us both

Iofibrewater is a great brand that have some delicious flavoured water! If you struggle with getting your fibre in like I did it’s a lifesaver! The staff at Iofibre water are so helpful and kind!

I’ve just finished a case of 12 lemon & lime flavoured water, and can honestly say that I am bowled over with the results. First off, the water is delicious! It isn’t overly sweet like some other flavoured waters. Over the course of drinking the water, I noticed improvements to my general mood and a better ‘bathroom experience’. The water helped me feel fuller quicker, so I didn’t snack so much. I can definitely see that my stomach is flatter than before. I’ll be buying a case on subscription and couldn’t recommend it more!
