I paid £700 pound online to a company called ipass that offed an intensive corse and theoey test and practicaltest .They said someone would be in touch 3 days before first lesson noone did get in touch and they didnt turn up on date time,cant get back in touch with them as now saying emai/contact number dosent exist.Absolutley gutted as this was for my daughters 17th birthday present!

Absolutely disgusting I paid 449 pound for my son to do a weeks course and no one turned up on 26th feb 24 I’m so gutted I’ve lost this money they are a scam company and don’t no one ever go with them I emailed them to get no response at all only a scam email to say company no longer exists they have all my sons details of license so I will be taking this further

Took £450 on line. No driver turned up and no way to contact them. Also worrying as they have a copy of my driver's license. Watch this space!

Never turned up for leason for son can't contact anyone from ipass UK £445 gone did not contact him to say they would not be able to attend

Beware out of state drivers!! I am from AZ, the iPASS system charged me fees/fines because my trailer plate was entered as a trailer. When I called in to discuss the charges I was informed that I would still be fined for not knowing that AZ plates are all considered passenger plates in the iPASS system.

This is complete extortion, money grab. I will be disputing the charges on my CC and posting this review in every social media outlet I can see the name iPASS!!

I called today to ask about why I had an invoice when I had my card attached to my account. I made an account as soon as I got my invoice the first time. By the time I got my mail it was past the 14 days and I didn't realize. I didn't even know there was a 14 day limit. I called to try to figure this out and the lady that answered was not helpful at all. She was rude, did not sympathize with what I had to say. She basically said "too bad". I asked her to connect me with a supervisor. She said that the supervisor was with someone else and would call me back. She has not called me back. So I am not sure she even relayed the message to her supervisor. I also told her I had requested to take the survey, she disconnected me before I could do the survey. I don't mind paying the tolls and you know what I will even pay the fees but no need to be rude on the phone.

I live in Missouri and visit family in Chicago. My transponder and cars needed updating in the IPass system. We stopped at the plaza in Bolingbrook. Very pretty facility . Easy parking. Greeted by a gentleman as we came in and handed us a ticket and we were called right away. Avita was our clerk who got us all straightened out. She was very pleasant and did it with a smile. Lov see d the customer service!

I-Pass service is 20 century company. I called them today trying to change credic card, - no way. They suggest only do it on the phone and this process did not work. OK, then they promissed ti do it manually, take a whole day, a Superwiser may call you any moment! I tried to restore my access on web. No easy way, either.
