Total scam! They sent me a crappy plastic product which wasn’t what I ordered and then refused to refund my money or send the correct item.

SCAM. Do not buy. I bought a pair of boots and it has not been delivered and its been months. They keep promising that it will be delivered. DONT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.

My husband ordered a skull horn cover for his bike. He was sent a cheap chunk of solid plaster in the shape of a skull. There is no way this is what was in the ad. Deceptive advertising and zero customer service. Avoid at all cost.

Gave it one star because I couldn't choose zero. Bought a tote bag in November...finally received it after multiple emails and complaints...and it turns out it was absolutely false advertising. It was for my laptop work bag etc and it wouldnt even be able to hold a tablet barely...let alone a laptop and the other stuff they show that fits into it. You wouldn't be able to even use it as a purse...its bananas. Im HIGHLY disappointed and have asked for a refund. I will likely not get one. Lesson learned I guess

I ordered 4 x shelf units (with an offer of a 5th one free if you order 4)
I received 1 unit with two pieces broken. I sent photos to them but they were not interested. I asked them to send me proof of sending by weight but they would not. They offered me $5 as a refund which was an insult. I would prefer 0 stars as 1 star is too generous.

I also made the mistake of ordering the tote bag in December and have been told to be patient. Tracking has shown the product being in the uk for over a month and yet I’m still waiting. Iv asked for a refund and was told it was too late so I have now raised a dispute with my bank. Previous reviews had 5 star aswel so I feel I’ve been tricked!

Ordered a product in November '23, now almost end of February. Received nothing except e-mail asking me to 'be patient'. Have sent follow up e-mails, still nothing.

Ordered 2 tote bags in December. It is the 18th of February and the still have not arrived. Every time I contact the company they tell me to be patient and refuse to give me a refund.
Do not order from this company, they will take your money and give you the runaround. The so called customer service is an absolute joke.

I just bought 3 items from that company , I received only one and also that one is incomplete , the costumer care respond they are sorry and they are looking to improve their service but they dont offer a refund nor to send the missing items.

I was warned by reviews to buy large due to shrinkage. Spot on. I washed them first and hung to dry to minimize shrinkage. They are perfect.

I bought this sweater for two daughters for Christmas. Our one daughter has been wearing every time we see her. Our other daughter says she wears around the house always when not on zoom.

This sweater is gorgeous! The quality is very good.
