Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing, I wish I had these when my eldest was younger. Especially useful now we have changed to paper straws that don't last 2 minutes.

Itsy Insulatez quite a nifty little kit
I was actually quite impressed with this item. The gel pouches being interchangeable is really useful and the collapsible containers we got with it will be really handy.

You can take it with you anywhere to restaurants, holidays etc as long as its charged.

Love the idea of the itsy guzzler.
Had slight issue with back order of course he item, but appreciate the owner contacting me to rectify the issue and explain. Given the general problems with pandemic and Brexit etc and the supply chain, I appreciate small businesses doing their best to deliver for their customers.

order delay
I have had my ordered delayed which has been explained via email, I have also received pleasant customer service since expressing my issue with my order. However I have not yet received my order I understand that the company is having problems with stock and I will update with a full review once my order arrives.
UPDATE - after receiving the products ordered on first glance they look good; the nappy caddy is very sturdy with lots of storage, the thermal bag is a wonderful idea and lovely quality, snack pots look great for space saving and muslins are very soft. The itsy guzzler is yet to be used but if it works how it’s advertised it will be handy for multi purpose use.
FURTHER UPDATE -
I was offered a discount code as an apology to the delay I accepted and waited until receiving my order to use the discount code as I wanted to see what products I used most, after receiving my order I went online to use the discount code however there is nowhere to use it and accidentally ordered whilst searching for a space to enter the code. I emailed customer service as soon as this had happened and still an yet to receive a reply.

The teat quickly began to leak
The teat quickly began to leak. Also my daughter initially accepted it but then started to reject it after a week or two. So the purchase was a bit of a bust. Shame as it is a good idea but in practice didn't work for us.

However, it is entirely possible that you have received a rare faulty product. Of course we'd be happy to replace this for you free of charge, but we cannot locate your order number through Trustpilot to do this.
