I met Iain in despair after receiving some terrible advice about an IVA that I was in. I was misinformed about the IVA especially surrounding the sale of my property and how that was used against the IVA. In short, I was told that after the property was sold my IVA was complete. Little did I know that was far from the truth.

My IVA was then passed on to another company to deal with and it was hard to get my point across and as the previous IVA company had gone bust I was left helpless. I hadn't paid into the IVA for 2.5 yrs based on my understanding of the property sale and was looking at being in debt for longer than the original term.

I searched 'IVA Advice' That's when I met Iain. The guy is electric. He offered his time to me late on a Monday evening, talked me through all my options and how best to deal with the current situation. I must say, I left his office feeling sick. This was due to how honest he was and what the potential drawbacks to the situation were.

He advised me on a full and final settlement, assisted me with my variation sheet, income and outgoings and even terminology to use when making the full and final offer. And he does this for no fee, a random guy called him in distress, didn't know me from Adam and he simply offered, a brew, a biscuit and his invaluable time.

Iain, a personal thank you for everything you did for me and assisting the light at the end of the tunnel. I am pleased to say with your guidance, my offer was accepted just this week and I'm now clear of my IVA.

One word..... “Amazing”

I phoned Iva.org after burying my head in the sand and trying to cope for months. My call was answered by Iain, and I nervously started to explain the reason for my call. I was instantly reassured and told “I can help”. Iain was so understanding and the shame that I had felt for so long was going.
After a very lengthy phone call, going through all the ins and outs of my debts, I was reassured that there was light at the end of the tunnel and a way out of the financial spiral I found myself falling into. As a proud person I found myself hiding from the increasing amount of credit/finance I had, and I was juggling one to pay the other. Iain talked me through the options I had, but there was a problem..... My partner was tied into some of my debts and he would suffer if i entered into the Iva. So Iain talked us through the option of us both entering into an Iva and the outcome of this.
After numerous phone calls we decided to both go ahead. We experienced many different hurdles but with Iain’s advice and guidance we managed to overcome these and we proceeded with the stages of entering into an Iva. We also spoke to Chris and he was very reassuring and helped us every step of the way before we approached the final stages of the Iva journey.
Without wittering on, our Iva was accepted this week and we are so thrilled. We could not have done this without Iain, Chris and the team from Iva.org. We are eternally grateful for all the hard work you have done for us. Iain even helped us when he was suffering with a bad case of the flu and a severe throat infection. We cannot begin to thank you enough.

We will finish this off by saying.... if you are in financial difficulties and don’t know where to turn, don’t hide from it. Ring the Iva.org team, they are amazing and will help you to find an answer. It really is the best phone call we ever made.

Iain at IVA.org has been absolutely fantastic in helping us become debt free. We have dealt with other debt management companies, but Iain and his team are by far the best. They aren't pushy like many of their competitors, but are patient, understanding and extremely knowledgeable.

After failing my IVA approx a year ago after not be able to keep up the payments due to being made redundant and subsequently still unemployed a year on my debtors have started contacting me again.
I googled failed Iva and came across this company. I spoke to Iain and he has reassured me I have options available, we talked through the bankruptcy option and what that really means and how best to manage (strategise) my current situation.

I recently had dealings with IVA.ORG after googling IVA's and getting nowhere with other companies, I was in a really bad place seemed like everything was coming to a head I was going to lose my house and everything I had and if it wasn't for Ian and the work they did for me I would have!

Ian is honestly the most genuine person I have ever had the pleasure of delaying with straight away from the first time we spoke it actuality felt like someone cared and was on my side again. We spoke for literally hours about everything that was going on and how he would be able to help. As with anything these days at first I was waiting for the point where it became clear as to why someone would help me this much (usually the line well if you pay us X amount we will be able to do this for you) but that moment never came. Everything Ian did for me was because he wanted to help and you dont get this with anyone these days.

Ian spend hours with multiple calls to me to go over everything and try and point me in the right direction with what to do and once all the options were put in front of me and a decision was made he helped me all the way through the process. After doing this I know now that with out his help I would have gone wrong and would not have got the outcome I have now.

I want to thank Ian and IVA.ORG for everything they have done for me and now that all the stress and anguish of debt has gone I couldn't be more happy. Anyone who is struggling or in a bad way they need to speak to these guys right away. They know exactly what they are talking about and will give you an unbiased opinion wich is exactly what you need.

If there is ever anything I can do to repay these guys I will and this is just a small thank you to them and hope that other people see this and do go to them for any help they need.

I am a 34 year old who is quite risk adverse, but has a property for which I have worked incredibly hard. Like many people, the fear of uncertainty, and the limited depth of knowledge was completely contained in the most professional, experienced and sensitive manner, that after two hours on the phone with this gentleman, I was close to tears. After staring over the edge of a mountain of debt in 2010 i realised i needed to do something as everything was closing in i was recommended Iain Wrenshall from Iva.org
I after many attempts at picking up the phone and plucking up the courage because when you are in debt you think there is not a way out, I made the call and i found out i'm not alone anymore. Iain helped me face up to my position and assisted me to set up an IVA and now my Iva is now complete i can look forward to a debt free future.

I am not one to post reviews but feel that at a time when someone will be very distraught over financial worries researching feedback gives an insight into how individuals who have experienced the trauma of similar situations it is only right to give some input. I have always been able to control my finances & usually not fazed by dealing with creditors however changes in my circumstances caused everything to unravel & debt backed up to an extent that became out of control. It was obvious that I couldn't keep going without seeking help & professional guidance so researched the internet. I was swamped by all the companies offering their services, many seemed similar to the type that give promises about sorting PPI claims, but I eventually chose IVA.org on the basis that they were a 'not for profit' organisation & after researching comments seemed to be a company that genuinely offer help.

I swallowed my pride, holding me back from addressing my dire financial situation, & contacted IVA.org. I spoke with Iain Wrenshall & gave an brief outline of my current situation, all I can say is that in the way that Iain handled my concerns immediately made me feel that a great load had been lifted. After the initial contact & on every contact since, I could not have been more pleased. Iain never gave false promises or built unrealistic hopes but just constantly provided brilliant guidance, genuine solutions & always gave moral support with such an easy & sympathetic manner.
