Ocean Wave a BLOB of CHEAP plastic on top of cheap metal. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. Returned to shipper instead of Netherlands so NO REFUND GIVEN.
BAD Quality and Customer Service.

I purchased a pendant from Ivy & Maeve because of the picture they put up of the item. However, when I got the necklace it was not at all like the photo they showed. I paid $29 for the pendant of a girl and her dog hugging and what they sent me was actually the same thing that you could buy on Temu for about $2. So I emailed to get their address and found they are in The Netherlands. I live in the United States. I called the post office to find out what it would cost me to return the item; they said $22.00 which was way too much. I decided not to send it and emailed them to say so. I also told Ivy & Maeve that they should take down the photo that I based my purchase on. Well they did not take the photo down and that is why I am writing this. I would not recommend purchasing jewelry from them. Also the buyer pays for return shipping to The Netherlands, so you will get duped twice unless you live there.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS BRAND!

I never write things like this but I believe it might be the only way I can get help with my order. I would appreciate any communication from the brand so I can process a return and receive a refund.

I ordered 4 dresses from Meave and Ivy on 17th July and received 2 of the dresses almost 2 weeks later. I am still waiting for the remaining 2 dresses from the order and have not received any delivery information via email. I sent multiple emails requesting to make a return and enquire about the missing order but I still have not heard anything. I have tried speaking to someone on the chatbot on their website but have only been able to get through to a real person once, who I explained my issue to and then never got a response with a solution. On top of the poor delivery service and customer experience, the dresses are of poor quality and not like what I was expecting at all.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

This cheap nasty dress was not dress that I ordered, will be reporting this company to trading standards. Arrived in a scruffy plastic bag. SCAMMERS

I ordered the Ocean Wave earrings for my wife. WHAT AN UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT!!! These look nothing like the ones in the add. Waited over two weeks for delivery just to open the box and find CHEAP TRASH!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BYPASS THIS COMPANY. MISLEADING CHEATS!!! UPDATE! After asking for a refund I was told ONLY IF I ALTER OR DELETE MY REVIEW. I WILL NOT BOW TO BLACKMAIL!!! THIS COMPANY KEEPS GETTING WORSE!!!
