Tracy and Anthony have been just great - very patient and understanding over the months we've been looking for just the right house. I never got the feeling that they were only after a sale, because I also found they were honest and informative, so that we were able to make the right decision based on facts as well as feelings. In the end, the house we've found is out of their area, but I was so grateful to them and their friendly advice and practical help which made us feel that our future mattered to them. Highly recommended!

I recently had a challenging experience with Jackson Stops Agency regarding necessary repairs to my flat that required me to vacate temporarily. Initially, my attempt to address the issue was frustrating. When I called the agency, I was met with an unhelpful and hurried response from a staff member who informed me that the rental team was in a meeting. She didn't allow me to explain my situation and instead provided me with the email address of someone who was on annual leave, which added to my anxiety and frustration.

However, my experience took a turn for the better when I spoke with Jess Lynagh. Jess was incredibly kind and understanding. She listened to my concerns attentively and assured me that she would take care of the situation. Her professionalism and compassion turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.

I have had a difficult experience with Jackson-Stops not understanding how to deal with the sharing of the ownership of my flat with my daughter. However, Property Manager Jess Lynagh who liaised between myself and her management was exemplary, she listened, understood the issue and was always prompt in her replies and persistent in resolving the problem.

It took us a few months to sell our property but the agent kept regularly in touch with us during this period which was really reassuring. When we were able to negotiate the agent gave more really good advice which allowed us to make an offer that secured the property. During the legal phase the agent kept us up to date and acted as an effective link between seller/solicitor and us. From us finding a house we liked to making an offer, the agent - Samantha, was always approachable and helpful. Samantha monitored the selling process diligently giving us constant updates when there were delays and negotiating with parties when there were was a hold up. Unexpectedly, the first sale was withdrawn after a protracted period and Samantha delivered the unwelcome news sensitively and then went out of her way to find suitable alternatives. Samantha was very caring and diplomatic when dealing with some of the questions I posed and when considering a suitable alternative. All the staff that answered the phone in the Newmarket Office were extremely approachable. Our experience spanned seven months.
