Sonos- Music Therapy from James Morrow

Really getting in to my music during these challenging times. Decided to treat myself to some Sonos having heard and read good things about it. Phoned a couple of retailers for advice without much success. Advised to check out James Morrow in Edinburgh. Excellent website gave me a few ideas but still wasn't sure what would be best for my needs and budget! Phoned them 2 or 3 times and spoke with Rupert and Cameron. Advice was first class and really felt they were interested and not just trying to sell! Cameron actually phoned me back with another suggestion but still no pressure to buy. I am now the proud owner of the superb Sonos Beam and 2 Sonos One SL's. Home delivery was quick and set up was simple (I admit one more call to Cameron for help!) All within budget too! Lockdown now a bit easier thanks to Sonos and the James Morrow team in Edinburgh.

Don’t look any further.

Rupert and his splendid team are our go-to supplier for all things connectivity and sound. Living up in Highland Perthshire, they successfully re-wired our house for wifi and a full Sonos install. Not a task for the faint~hearted. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Outstanding Professional Service!

I recently bought an LG OLED TV from James - Morrow Edinburgh over the phone. I live in Edinburgh. Rupert ( MD) and his team came very highly recommended. The service levels and customer experience ( even over the phone) were truly exceptional from start to finish. A real breath of fresh air compared to the competition ( who I will never use again!).
They were cheaper than John Lewis and home delivery was the quickest I have ever had the pleasure in receiving. If you’re in the market now or in the future for their products and services you will highly satisfied with the overall experience, I can’t thank them enough. Excellent customer care

Superbly helpful and friendly advice when my original speakers developed what appeared to be a fault. Sandy was meticulous in identifying the cause - WiFi interference - and a change of speaker channel solved the problem. Rupert James helpfully mentioned the Sonos Port and I was later delighted to make this purchase together with two OneSL speakers. Service and delivery fast and faultless. I have total confidence in this great local business and their team of dedicated staff.

You will often see a good review when the staff are trying to sell products but when there is an issue they become hostile and unhelpful. I have not shopped there for five years!
