Holding deposit got retained
My holding deposit was retained even after I provided all genuine and verifiable documents, including income proof, bank statements, and contracts. The only reason given was that one of my references couldn’t be verified.
I want to advise future tenants to confirm in advance what specific verification standards the agency uses. Simply providing genuine and transparent documents may not be enough, and you could lose your deposit even after meeting all reasonable requirements.
The agents were polite throughout the process, which I appreciate, but the agency’s policy seems to prioritize its own interests over fairness to applicants. As for any new tenant, more transparency before collecting deposits would prevent a lot of frustration.

Well what can we say
Well what can we say. From start to finish we cannot fault this company. Sana was absolutely brilliant fast and efficient and even when we hit a slight problem it was sorted out in the same day.From viewing, been accepted, referencing and collecting keys keys all in a week just wow. Looking forward and feel very confident having a very long term let with James Laurence.Thanks to Charlotte as well for been so proactive with our our.
