Terrible
Terrible ! To be completely honest inedible it went in the bin. Before you ask yes we know what we are doing and I lived in Spain for several years - this jamon was terrible do not buy it. It hurts to be this honest.

Lovely piece of meat, and accurate description
Came as it was described. The jamon was really tasty and lasted for a while, even though everyone loved it. It would have lasted even longer if we weren't all munching on it for 2 weeks non-stop. The kids loved the meat, the dog loved the bone. Happy days.

Some components were missing for the…
Some components were missing for the stand. But you sent a replacement kit straight back. The two holes in the upright section were too small to drill the screws in with an Allen key. The holes were the right size in the replacement. Ham is delicious.

Great price/quality ratio for jamon. Their delivery worked well and the jamon leg was delicious. The set with the knife and the board was pretty useful for me as a beginner but over time you would likely want to replace it with something fancier

Excellent experience - very impressed
Phoned them with a range of questions about buying, storing and delivery of a leg of Serrano ham. Very helpful. Ordered as a 40th birthday present. The online ordering was straightforward and done before 12pm on a Thursday. It was arrived with the birthday boy next day. Looks the business. Recipient very impressed. Very good service throughout.
