Absolutely the SLOWEST courier EVER. Rubbish Courier.

Absolutely the SLOWEST courier EVER. Ordered my item on the 15th of November. It is the 28th of November.

I AM IN MALAYSIA. It is and always has been the SLOWEST. Isn't the point of using and paying more for a courier service that there is speed and care? The local postal service is faster and more efficient, and that is saying a LOT. Absolute disgrace of a company. Even the tracking is rubbish and not in realtime. How is this company still in business with all the competition out there? WHY are companies still using them? Unsolved Mystery. I will no longer order anything from any company that uses Janio and I hope others will do the same.

Absolutely terrible, awful service. Avoid at all costs.

Forced to use Janio as they are the courier for Buyandship. Janio delayed my parcel for weeks, I received no updates at all and attempts to reach out to their customer service resulted in template emails saying "investigating". After weeks, I finally received an invoice to pay GST, but it took another week before the parcel arrived at my doorstep. Absolutely awful service.

Good but not user-friendly

So the company is quick and secure from my first experience, it’s just it isn’t really users friendly as it has less updates and few physical locations which doesn’t really assure the people that is delivering or receiving a parcel. My suggestion is that they make janio open.

Excellent experience

Having read many bad reviews about this company (which acts as a middleman between Buyandship Hong Kong and last mile delivery couriers in Asia) I was initially very apprehensive. But there were no issues for my order, and after I subscribed to the notifications on their website I got regular updates. Shipment order was created 2 Jan afternoon and I received my item on 7 Jan evening (with a weekend in between). Looking forward that my future shipments will be smooth as well.

Deserves 0 star!

Deserves 0 star!! This company is an absolute joke. I have a parcel they picked up on December 16, and it’s STILL stuck somewhere in their warehouse! Because of their incompetence, Zalora has now canceled my return request since this ridiculous company hasn’t forwarded the parcel to where it’s supposed to be. Their service is a complete nightmare, and I honestly hope this company shuts down for good. Avoid them at all costs!

LIERS

This company deserve 0 star. They don't tell you where your package is. They just use a different courier to deliver the package but they will not tell you the new local tracking numbers. LIERS. If you value your package, do not use this company.

Does not provide real time status. Parcels always get stuck at Customs for unimaginable reasons. If you try to contact their Customer Support, they will just respond with macros.

This Janio Tracker doesn’t even deserved a single star they are the worst! My order arrived in the country a week ago but still the parcel is stuck in their warehouse don’t even know where it is. Poor service hope you close your company for the sake of the customers.

This courier is a joke

This courier is a joke! I waited for my parcel the whole day at the door because it says 'out for delivery' until exactly 9PM, it was changed into 'unsuccesful delivery' how did it happen when i am just sitting in front of the door the whole day? Stay away from this courier for real!

Janio Asia is the WORST

Janio Asia is the worst delivery/logistics company ever. How it is still in business is definitely the greatest mystery of all time.

The only "reliable" customer support channel is via their support ticket, i.e. email and even so, the replies are all templated responses, so please take the replies with a large pinch of salt. They also only reply at most once per working day, so you better email them in the first-half of the day. Otherwise, you will probably get a templated reply the next day.

Also, don't bother contacting them via WhatsApp because it's just a simple chat bot that provides options for you to click on.

This useless company does not care about their customers - they dilly-dally and take their own sweet time. My parcel has been processing for one week already, and it is still processing. How can a parcel that has already arrived at the destination country take so long to process? I don't think Janio Asia themselves can even answer this question, and even if they can, the answer is probably from one of their stupid templates.

If you are shipping to Singapore via Buyandship, I would STRONGLY suggest you to ship via another service because Buyandship will offload the last-mile delivery to Janio Asia, which will not bother to deliver the parcel to you on time.

I have now made it my life mission to spread the word - to warn everyone to avoid Janio Asia and any businesses/companies that uses Janio Asia for delivery like the plague.

Absolutely the worst courier service in…

Absolutely the worst courier service in Asia! Ordering from AliExpress unfortunately I didn't have other options from this seller.
Packages have been in Singapore since 30. April...and I still haven't received them!!! (14. May).
Tracking the orders I see they have twice been marked as Out for Delivery, and the minute later(!) marked as Delivery Unsuccessful!! Really?!
And customer service is almost non-exsisting! Called them: number not in service. Texted in WhatsApp: took a day before anyone bothered to answer. Then found out they couldn't deliver to my MAILBOX because a unit letter was missing on the mailbox! But in this building every other courier company brings the stuff to the specific company and door! But not lazy Janio drivers, who don't even bother to call you or contact you while they are right there anyway! Better and more effective to bring the stuff back and do it all over again! Talk about infectivity!
As soon as I get my shipment I'm DONE with them! I honestly don't know how a scamming shipping company like Janio can survive in this world.
Stay FAR AWAY from them!

FRAUDULENT DELIVERY INFO

Janio claims parcel delivered.It never was. They provided fictitious tracking information including a photograph which could easily have been doctored and the details of the address in the package not visible at all. They are FRAUD!

Courier Service from Hell

Guess which courier company can completely destroy your parcels? Of course it is Janio Asia.

Highly fraudulent services, suspicious and inaccurate tracking updates, poor and unresponsive customer service, ending with rubbish lost parcel claim and service recovery. They actually reported to have completely destroyed my package and reported it as a lost claim. Highly suspected to have stolen the package instead.

Everything bad that you can imagine for a courier company is right here in Janio.

Told Aliexpress delivered status, but when contacted, Janio said never received parcel

My parcel from Aliexpress was to be delivered by Janio to home. Janio is the last mile delivery partner for Aliexpress.
Janio indicated in Aliexpress system that they have delivered the parcel but no one to receive on 7 Feb, while I was actually working at home the whole day, no one called or ring the bell. Number indicated in Aliexpress, can't be contacted (recording from Starhub). When using chat, Janio said they didn't receive any parcels for me. AliExpress need the end user to get official letter to say Janio didn't receive any parcels, for refund processing. but Janio don't want to provide. At the same time Janio refused to change the status in Aliexpress website saying it was delivered (even though Janio said they didn't receive the parcel). No proof of delivery given. Don't want to help to state they never receive. This is a very un-trustworthy delivery company.

I would give this garbage 0 stars if I could, the contact information on their website/live chat service is a fake and non-existent.

Carrier failed to deliver and could not contact them, so I wrote in via email to ask them what the issue was. They basically replied to me and said it is not their problem and asked me, an end-consumer to contact the carrier directly instead.

This company needs to nuked from the face of earth.
