I would give this garbage 0 stars if I could, the contact information on their website/live chat service is a fake and non-existent.

Carrier failed to deliver and could not contact them, so I wrote in via email to ask them what the issue was. They basically replied to me and said it is not their problem and asked me, an end-consumer to contact the carrier directly instead.

This company needs to nuked from the face of earth.

Logistical and administrative chaos, super slow delivery, if at all and THE worst customer service. Waiting for one month already for Amazon return collection but all false promises and clueless robots. Nightmare!

Poor service.
States attempted delivery. All lies. Was at home, waiting. No attempt made. No doorbell rang. No card left in letterbox. Absolute trash lie from the company. On WhatsApp, basically got nowhere and told to wait for the next email for collection point details. Such poor form and this parcel will not be able to be collected before Xmas.

Stay far far away from this company.

Avoid this service at all cost!!
Very slow reply and when reply, they reply the same thing and not solving the issue at all. No phone number to contact.
Never came to pickup my package and make my Alias order canceled
Also cannot drop-off item. Very inconvenient and waste a lot of time to contact customer service

the worst and not being able to entrust courier services, requesting pick up on the next day , however, they didn't pick up the parcel for more than 1 weeks,my advice to all companies is avoid to using their courier services

Order from aliexpress using janio for order JNCN000001998248

Order aliexpress, and seller use janio services, so it was a completed delivery or so it was state on the tracking website, but i couldnt find my parcel. Contact janio and support said it was delivered in letterbox, imagine in singapore letterbox was the norm for receiving small parcel. Had a dispute with support, and task team look into it and said that parcel was send back due to no such particular person to receive, and since when letterbox have a person standby to receive it. Task force make it seem like janio support was helpful by following up, but end of the day parcel was still not redelivered, keep prompting give 2-3 day tolerance. Stop using janio for logistic delivery. And big f y to junkai ng for allowing this to happen.

Janio.asia in Singapore Provides Unreliable anf Responsive "Service" for More Than 6 Months Now.

I had no delivery iasues with other logistics company, only with Janio. The first time round it was my shoes which i needed for work. Came all the way from HK.

The delivery person entered status as "Recipient not contactable." although i was never contacted via whatsapp nor text. Phone call? May have rang a few times the first round of "unsuccessful delivery".

I emailed to Janio 4 times hoping they would re-deliver again before shoes get sent back to the HK. I explained that delivery instructions were clearly printed on the address label (to leave outside house on shoe rack or hang at gate). The updated status was the same with the second time Janio tried to deliver. I was very disappointed.

Till today i have not recieved my shoes nor any call or email to tell me if shoes have been thrown into sea or burnt or whatever!

And no apologies to my seller whatsoever!

Almost 6 months later (and this time with apparel ordered from another supplier in China), i had the same issue but this time my delivery address is that of a P.O. Box at a famous postal office in SG.

Delivery ppl should know they can leave parcels with postal staff there otherwise they should be FIRED. This time round, there was no phone call at all, only the sickening status online (Janio's website) saying receipent (me) cannot be contacted.

"Hello Janio! Ever come across people who work in restricted areas and unable to pick personal calls promptly? Surgeons and fire command centre personnel? Ever?"

And by this time(May 2023), they have removed the email feedback form from their website.

6 months! No improvement. Their "live chat" is only a programmed text bot. There is no real live chat and their contact number 94565884 is perpetually ringing forever or just not contactable.

Indeed as others have also pointed out that this is Singapore's worst courier or logistics company ever. REFUSE to use Janio! Support Fedex or other international logistics firms while encouraging your suppliers not use Janio! Even Ninjavan is so much better than Janio!

Delivery status is a lie.

Suddenly received email stating
'failed to deliver to sender, item will be returned to sender.'

Went to find support, support said system showed already delivered, then proceed to show me photo of the parcel.

I told him to check again, he said item still in warehouse, there is system error, will deliver to me in 2-3 working days.

I got sent email stating they will 'redeliver' my parcel.

But the status still show 'item will be returned to sender.'

Why would it need so many days when other couriers can do it in 1 day?

Why is it 'redeliver' when clearly they had not deliver at all in the first place?

Please don't anyhow change the parcel status.

Unreliable and dishonest

It marked not one but three separate parcels as "Delivered", when, in actual fact, none of them has arrived yet. Lying about delivery status puts buyers at a disadvantage when it comes to confirming orders.

This is the worst courier can be used I ordered a item from AliExpress the courier tried once to deliver the item it failed because nobody was at home next they said my address is wrong I contacted them same day and confirm my address was correct they told me they will redeliever it next I got a email they going to destroy my parcel without any reason this is not acceptable what kind of service is this

The slowest delivery experienced yet

International shipment arrived at their warehouse on the 27th Jan. It is the 2nd Feb now and the parcel is yet to be delivered after 4 working days.
I had another international shipment from the same sender arrived on the 27th Jan, and it was delivered on the 28th Feb. I do not believe that Janio has that much more shipments than other logistics companies to handle .
Quite disappointing. The Speedpost in my area can do better than this.
Update on 8th Feb: Delivery In Progress

If I could give it 0 stars I would, apart from having one parcel being in transit in Singapore for days and taking extremely long to get delivered, they cannot get their delivery timings right. You can have a parcel which shows it being out for delivery today but just not showing up at all. I arranged my parcel to be delivered contactless and was noted it is out for delivery today
(14/1/2023) As of 11:20PM the parcel still has not arrived. There is too much uncertainty and blatant disrespect for their customers like me who maybe up waiting for a parcel that may or may not arrive on that day. (Total 2 parcels which are currently handled by them at the moment that both have major delivery issues)

Unreliable. Dishonest. No customer support

The company is not customer friendly at all. I bet they manipulated the google reviews as it cannot be that high for such a bad service! There's no way for you to contact the company if anything went wrong after you paid such a high fees for it. So unreliable. Said to deliver within 5 days but it has been more than that still not moving from warehouse for a week. Please do not use Janio is you value your items & parcel. I hope they close down.
