Possibly the worst in Singapore.

Possibly the worst in Singapore. I’m surprised that rating on Google is suspiciously high! Ordered several items from a Chinese platform, items arrived at different times and were allocated automatically to various last mile delivery. The one allocated to Janio arrived first but was last to be delivered. Chat services were unstable on the mobile devices, useless and unhelpful. I kept being directed to the ‘relevant teams’ on email when no one is replying. Completely held at ransom by this incompetent company. Truly disappointing as it looks like I will not be receiving my Christmas gifts before Christmas.

Would award no stars but that is not an option.
Item has been in Singapore for over 2 weeks but for some reason they are not able to deliver or even leave the item at my doorstep.
I have even offered to pick up the item directly from their office. But that seems like its not an option.
As for customer service - they don't offer any service and just seem to want to do nothing.
Absolute clowns this lot.

Terrible courier service

Terrible courier service. Lost my parcel twice ( 2 different vendors ). Send me an email mention parcel delivered on 21st Dec 2.15pm and yet my live cctv didn't even record a cat pass by. Super terrible unreliable courier service. My China vendor have to send via FedEx for my item.

Janio Asia is very unreliable

Janio Asia is very unreliable. My parcel have yet to be redelivered to me since the 1st failed delivery attempt 21st Nov 2022. Since then, until today at the time of writing, multiple exchanges of emails and live chat has failed to get me any sort of concrete answers.

They will give you textbook drafted answers as if they are really genuine on helping out. They will say anything but return the parcel to me.

Please note that there the hotline provided is non existent, you will be greeted with a bot saying the mailbox is full, and they will hung up on you, and that's it.

As of now, I am still waiting for the return of my parcel. Support email is not replying my emails, im not sure what else to do. the seller has also tried to contact them but I guess there's nothing much they can do.

im waiting to see what kind of drama unfolds. But as of now, please stay away from them, if you can.

lying about the delivery time

state that SG to US takes 8 days. now is 3 weeks, the parcel is still at US custom! no update in their website and i have to email them to check. if i know they take so long, i should use singpost! Their courier is 3 times more expensive than singpost but their delivery is same as singpost.

No delivery even tho' tracker says delivery in progress

Company tracking said delivery in progress in the afternoon, nothing came and at 11.48pm, status has been changed to "item has been scheduled for delivery" (CNSGJ0002453741). Wanted to call them and check and a local logistics company has no hotline or contact number available! Useless company - all email or submit feedback online only.

Useless delivery company

Why do you guys bother to start a delivery service in Singapore when you are a totally dishonest and useless company? How many items have your delivery team stolen?? By sending us emails saying our items are delivered but was never delivered?

Contacted them about not receiving parcel but email state delivered. 1st responded said wrong address. Then, email me said delivered & closed case immediately!! Terrible!!

I have a Tracking Number:JNCN000000749180 was unsuccessfully because the delivery team didn't contact me when I was no around.

Try to contact Janio CS. They only asked me to wait. It has been 3 days & they asked me to wait. I was thinking "How long do I have to wait?".

The delivery team can take a picture where they place the parcel & give me a text after that.

Parcel not delivered but received email…

Parcel not delivered but received email update that it was delivered. Requested proof of delivery, only to receive a picture of my parcel and a picture of an unknown place which is not the delivery address. This is a very dishonest delivery company.

they tried their best

the problem with janio is that operationally their processes are inefficient and unintegrated, considering that they specialise in crossborder logistics.

my high-value shipment arrived on Monday.

no news from them until i messaged them on Tuesday asking what's the delay, since there shouldn't be any backlog at the warehouse.

Tuesday night they finally created a ticket to be in touch with CS reps and they told me that their Ops faced a delay in terms of getting the TAX INVOICE from the finance department. Unacceptable since this should be seamless from the start and this is the cause of the delay. For an expensive parcel.

After hounding them, i get a random whatsapp message from an unrelated number claiming to be Janio that sent me the tax invoice. Yes, that CS rep turned out to be legit under Janio but it should NOT be sent from a personal whatsapp number. It should be integrated into the business. How else would you prevent scams from happening where people claim to be Janio and ask for a wire transfer of $xxx for GST?

On Thursday morning, no news. I escalated it to their reps on the chatbot, email, via Whatsapp to that Janio rep's PERSONAL NUMBER, and finally at 10am it's scheduled for delivery.

Other logistics companies that charge more would've sent it out on Tuesday morning and collected GST at the door, rather than requiring an intermediary step via Paynow to pay for GST before even receiving the package.

TLDR; their customer service works, but it's not great. Ops process requires some looking into. If you engage with them on enough channels, you might get some help. This is ok to use for a cheap-ish parcel that you don't mind waiting for, but not ok for an expensive shipment.

Thank you Janio for being the worst courier service ever. Keep up this bad job. I supposed to receive a huge parcel from Malaysia and I’m in Singapore. It’s been a month I still haven’t get it and it still says UNCLEAR DESCRIPTION. Great. When I contacted them, they callously telling me it’s lost.

Stay away from these people

Stay away from these people! They were the choice of the company I ordered from but I was not told they used them til too late. I still have no idea where my stuff is. The tracking page is worthless, never updated, and all information they do add is very vague. 5 days ago it stated my package cleared customs in the US, but nothing happened after and they are supposed to give it to FedEx to finish the delivery to me. I can't afford to call them long distance, so I email and use chat. They don't speak english well enough to do their job. Abd they lie about everything. I've chated every 12 hours and they continue to telk me my item is stuck in customs (though it said cleared days ago) and they won't say why or how. The company I ordered from contacted them. They said it cleared and had an ETA for del7very. But stupid them FedEx has to generate the ETA when they get it. And they haven't. But still the customer service chat tells me it is still stuck in customs and their relevant team is working on it. And they keep emailing me to say it cleared. They either stole or lost the merchandise. This was a bridal ring set. I had been searching months for the right item. Now I doubt I will get them and don't even want them anymore because this experience has tainted it all. Please don't use them or any company that uses Janio at all! You will never see your stuff and they will frustrate you to end by not answering your questions and lying etc. Let's put this company out of business ASAP!
