One of the only companies that will allow you to get a one year supply of thyroid medication in case of emergency. It's the only way to prevent gaps in your medication in case of ongoing supply issues from the pharmacy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A friend of mine recommended the company and I travel a lot so I thought it would be a good ide to have some general antibiotics to travel with. I placed my original Jase Case order a few months ago in spring of this year, 2025. My friend, and the companies website says you can replenish items in your kit in the first year. I used a Z pack already so I tried to order a replacement and add a new med that I didn't order originally. After signing in and putting both items in my cart the total cost showed a $90.00 physician fee on top of the med costs which they only equaled about $60.00. I figured since I tried to add in a new med that wasn't in my original kit they wanted a physician to review that. I deleted all items and signed by in to my account and added just the Z pack which was originally prescribed to me just a few months ago. They again added in a $90.00 physician fee so my $26.00 z pack was going to cost $116.00. I knew this had to be a mistake so I called them. No mistake, they confirmed any meds ordered would result in the added $90.00 physician fee, even though it was a med already prescribed to me by them very recently. I asked the woman to show me on their website where it states that and she said, "We have a lot of websites, I can't show you that." They do however advertise that you can replinish your meds in your first year but just omit the fact that it's at an exorbitant cost. I truly believe they should be transparent about that, I would have ordered a lot more meds to begin with if I knew they were going to gouge me in the future. Lastly, I tried to leave this review on their own website but when you click "leave your own review" it takes tou to a general google search for Jase Medical the company and won't let you leave an actual review from a real customer. I believe this is by design and explains why you only see 5 star reviews on their website.

Updating my review upon request from Jase. I received my package on 7/15, approximately 15 days after placing my order. I was reached out to and provided tracking, but that was after writing a negative review (which I’ve since change to this review). The tracking was not simple because it wasn’t showing up when I would click the link, likely the fault of FedEx. Fifteen days isn’t terribly long, but it’s definitely not emergency fast.

The product quality is great. The package contained a nice bag full of well prepared information cards that are thick and sealed which tell you anything you would need to know about the medication you ordered. They are even water resistant so you can keep those and travel with them as needed. The package contained everything advertised and I received a %15 off the next order email for being a customer.

Over all, I would recommend ordering from Jase, but make sure to order with enough time between the needed medication. I do plan to order in the future prior to a trip to Mt Everest Base Camp, just to ensure we are prepared for potential altitude sickness, or if we would need antibiotics.

The ideas of this company is also great. Being able to order medication for emergencies is awesome. Preparing for an overseas (or on the sea) journey is a smart move. Using Jase for this is a good idea as long as you order early enough.

I did have some issues placing my order. It seemed simple enough, however, after payment. The site just kept spinning and saying please wait, so I wasn’t sure if the order went through. I had to email to find out if the order went through and I got a response next day saying it did.

Over all, the experience made me nervous since it was my first order and I wasn’t sure if Jase was legit, but it is. Jase isn’t just legit, it’s overall pretty great.

Crystal went above and beyond in answering my questions regarding dosage etc.
