She is definitely, am top notch tech. Clever as they come. In fact, she assisted me with my order as, I'm old and was uncertain how to use this site manipulating between screens. She took well care of me. I even was so happy I cried that someone cares. She certainly did!!!

Amazing customer service. I expected the order tracking to be automated but a Jase associate checked on my order personally! Amazing!

I just went to look at this website. Never have before and then received an email from them. I didn't give them my email ! At the bottom of the email it says manage your subscription 😡 I didn't subscribe. Not a nice way to get customers.

Excellent customer service and truly wonderful case of emergency meds. We travel often and given how difficult it can be to see doctors overseas, this is an absolutely perfect companion for those trips further afield. Would recommend Jase Case without a moment’s hesitation.

We came to Jase because of the availability of the compounded IVM & MBZ, and we needed it asap. In a chat while on the website, Crystal informed about the process and offered empathy in the situation. She offered to help expedite the order, and after it was placed, she followed up with information. Everything went as smooth as possible and her help was hugely appreciated. The only reason this review is not 5-stars is because Jase doesn't offer shipping options, only 'UPS ground' which is slow. Would have gladly paid for 'priority mail' or 'UPS 3-day' or similar. Sitting here waiting was frustrating, when there's definitely quicker shipping options out there. Other than that, Jase, and especially Crystal, were great

This was second time ordering a Jase Medical Kit; bother experiences were excellent. Consulted with a doctor, as I take blood pressure medication; no conflicts, with the medication I purchased. Easy instructions if I had to take them, as well as, phone number for consultation.
Quick prescription fill and discreet delivery.

I was worried about the shipping service that Jasemedical uses due to my remote location, they responded quickly with answers to my question and I got a email today that delivery is to arrive tomorrow. Very good service.

It would be so much more helpful to allow antibiotics to be bought separately. Buying a bunch at once just doesn’t work when not everyone can take all of the 6 listed. I sure didn’t buy the 6 antibiotics all at once and was disappointed when the company rep said it wasn’t possible. I can buy my blood pressure medicine for a yr, why not antibiotics that I use for sinus infections? I believe there are 6 different antibiotics. If Jase wants to sell 6, why can’t I pick and choose the 6 I want to buy? I don’t have a need for the 6 different ones listed, but I could easily order 2-3 different ones that would total 6, would that be possible??? Thanks, Carleen Dempsey
