The staff and the drs are so courteous and helpful from Mary working with me on an IT problem till it was set up completely to Crystal letting me know the steps to the prescription order from start to pharmacy. The dr was timely and efficient and yet took time to listen which doesn’t happen when I go into a dr office and have to sit an hour between waiting room and exam room. This is an excellent service for these emergency needs.

God help you if you’ve ever been diagnosed with mental illness and are trying to stock up on meds, because apparently this disqualifies you completely from using their services. I’m bipolar and trying to get ahold of a supply of my meds ahead of certain changes that may be coming regarding the availability of certain things I take but apparently Jase has decided that folks with bipolar or schizophrenia don’t deserve to use their service.

The customer service team at JASE Medical is exceptional! I placed an order, requested detailed invoice for an insurance reimbursement claim, and Ashley at JASE responded immediately, and she followed-up twice to ensure my needs and expectations were met. I received the order within one week, and I am very impressed with the ease of processing and the level of care! Thank you JASE and Ashley!!

Being in Canada was worried this may be a scam but I was happily surprised and got it within two weeks of ordering. Super impressed with packaging and communication. Worth it.

Honestly I thought I wouldn’t receive my package and I got mine within 10 days woot woot. Also for people who didn’t receive their packages that’s because you probably didn’t respond to their email. It literally says on the email “BEFORE your order is received at the pharmacy, you should have received an email from so and so or a text from the physician that you MUST reply to (even if you don't have questions, you can simply reply with "no questions. Anyways the Bag/kit is awesome looking and comes in handy for emergencies.

I never received the medications that I paid for, and I e-mailed them several times, but I never received a response from them.

A recent reviewer made a mistake and gave Jase medical a 1 star review. Something about allergies to meds. She then called the company hucksters…I’ve been using Jase for over 2 years and I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced such awesome customer service before. The service the offer is something that is so needed in our world and I am so grateful for them. I think that other reviewer (who is obviously in the vast minority of other reviewers) must have been confused or had an axe to grind for some reason. Her review makes no sense.

I ticked the box for an allergy to penicillin, then wrote in an allergy to 2 other things. They come back with meds that INCLUDE a penicillin med, adjusting the AMOUNT of tabs. They should not have tried to sell me a box for $270 without first reading the notes. They said I must buy the box first THEN AFTER THAT a doc will read the notes. I stand by my assertion of hucksters.

Overall a quick dependable service. Able to acquire emergency use prescriptions that I would not be able to access through a GP. First time customers are on-boarded online and is relatively painless.
