Easy on line purchase, followed by a 'phone call from one of the chaps in thd shop to thank me for the purchase and to say I could collect the item that afternoon if I wished, rather than waiting until the next day. Great service
It was a professional service that was very helpful. It made a refreshing change to have someone to liaise with and not some online chat bot that doesn’t help at all, it made the process a lot smoother. Also having the product available for next day collection was ideal.
