JD Gyms - Stoke Avis 

Very friendly gym ,it's always clean specially ladies only and the ladies changing rooms, staff always on site if any problems.

Decent gym. I just dont understand the pricing jd set. Constant price increase. Gym doesnt have a sauna but its priced the same as other jd gyms with saunas. They should explain why it doesnt have a sauna and reduce the price

I have been a member at jd stoke for 5 years, after training at most of the local gyms I decided to stick to jd mainly for the quality and variety of the equipment. I train calisthenics and find jd have the best equipment for functional training, plus high quality lifting equipment. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, place is always clean well maintained. There is also a ladies only area which is useful.

I have been a member of this gym since it transitioned from Exercise for Less, and both the staff and members are consistently friendly and professional. I have never encountered any issues. The equipment is excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. Being open 24 hours a day makes it the perfect local gym. The staff members—Paul Lee, Trudy Craig, and Sarah—are exceptionally welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile.

Great gym very easygoing plenty of equipment. Been coming here for yesrs now good value aswell plenty of classes.

Plenty of weights, machines etc. the place including toilets/shower areas are clean and tidy. All the staff are very friendly, professional and approachable.

Lea’s class is amazing! He’s hilarious and keeps his pilates class very entertaining. Although I think some of the moves are questionable lol I believe him when he says they’re real and I love pushing myself to do the advanced versions. Only been going for a few weeks and I feel a lot stronger already. Thanks Mr Podcast :)

Lea trys his best and is a good for a laughter and very good teacher plitarts and yoga

Lea is good at teaching Pilates, he knows his stuff. He’s the best instructor in the whole world. Hes great. I love the Pilates here

It’s good for the money, but the fact that the showers close at 10pm is a deal braker. What’s the point of having a 24h gym if I can’t shower after workout?

Anytime a machine is used, weights are on there. No rules or regulations to put weights back. Most of the gym session is taking off weights already on or finding weights which is incredibly frustrating as it’s every single machine, then unloading weight left from another machine that you need.
Most gyms have rules to put weights back and even warning on membership being taken away which promotes people putting there weights back.

There is only one shower room,and it's always locked, this is a gym there is supposed to be way more than one shower room.
