This is the third year we’ve brought our Toyota C-HR in for its annual service, and the customer service and care have always been exceptional. They're fully qualified, so your Toyota warranty stays intact, and we’ve never had any faults or issues between services.
The staff are kind, professional and genuinely helpful. There’s also a comfortable place to work on a laptop while waiting.
A week after our recent service, we had an unrelated tyre issue and they squeezed us in at short notice. When no fault was found, they returned the car clean and free of charge. Other garages would easily have taken advantage, but they were honest and fair.
If you have a Toyota and live in North London, this is absolutely the place to go.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received. I have been waiting for over two months for a simple replacement of the reverse light bulb, which was already paid for during a service appointment in February.
Despite multiple phone calls regarding this matter, I have not received any resolution. Each time I speak with Dino, I am assured that I will receive a call back “tomorrow” or “later,” yet no follow-up has ever taken place.
I find it unacceptable that such a minor issue remains unresolved after several months. This reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided.

Was served by Debbie this morning and afternoon, she remembered my car and me helped me and guided me towards my advisor I’m very happy with the customer service today and the staff

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Debbie who greeted us as highly valued customers. She presents herself exceedingly well, has a delightful personality and works hard to build an excellent rapport with her clientele.
Dino was very efficient and competently talked us through the new service plan and happily made adjustments to suit our requirements. He was very friendly, articulate and knowledgeable. A very positive experience today thank you

Very good customer service. Helpful even we were half an hour late they accepted us and had servicing done on time. The edgware service center is best always best service.

JEMCA service has been great looking after my car. Debbie always gives a friendly welcome to everyone, and the car is always well looked after with helpful advice. Won't take my car anywhere else, not even for an mot.

Very poor Service. I gave my car in for service and Mot before 10 am and booked the service 3 weeks in advance. It took them 28 hours to return the car. Within 3 days of return my battery failed. The AA confirmed it was the battery. Jemca claimed they tested the battery and battery was good.
It was suggested that I make another appointment to replace the battery and pay for new battery and fitting.
I would not have had to pay more money for the fitting, If they really tested the battery.
I lost trust in this company.

If you want to understand why second-hand car dealers have a dodgy reputation go to Jemca Toyota Edgware Road. If I am being charitable I would say they are incompetent; if I'm being honest I'd say that once they have your money they couldn't care less.
We bought a car from them for £22K; wasn't ready when we were supposed to take delivery, was promised for 9.00 the next day but came 3 hours late, came with very noticeable scratches on the external paintwork and no spare key...the saga goes on for more than 2 months until they finally sorted it. They even had our car in for 3 days to have it resprayed and returned it having done absolutely nothing.
The saleperson we dealt with wasn't remotely interested in sorting out our issues and never bothered to return our calls. We tried going higher up the chain and had pretty much the same experience. Their sales team and their service department seem incapable of liaising.
Overall it was a nightmare and I'd never go back there again.
