Was initially nervous opting to buy my wedding ring online, but I needn't have worried! Communication throughout was excellent and it was lovely to receive a picture update of my ring mid production. The ring arrived exactly when they said it would and I was thrilled with the end result, it goes perfectly with my engagement ring. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Beautiful design and friendly service
The buying process was really easy and the shop gave me regular updates on my order while it was being made. My ring was actually ready 2 weeks earlier than stated online and the shop rang me to arrange a delivery time that worked for me and checked up after delivery to make sure it got to me safely. They were the only place that did the ring design I liked and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Lords of the Rings!
Absolute fantastic experience from start to finish. The communication with Jo was excellent and the eternity ring was beautiful. Originally I wanted the ring for Christmas but was a little late in ordering. Jo suggested a wax casting could be sent so my wife could see the ring on Christmas Day. It was a fantastic idea. The ring was delivered in the new year as promised.
If I require any more jewellery in the future I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

So pleased that I chose Jewellers Loupe for a ring for my daughters 21st. The service was professional and helpful from start to finish. Any issues were sorted out quickly and in a customer focused way.
They usually require 4wks to produce a piece but did turn mine around in 2wks as a special request. Communication was fantastic throughout the process.

Found JL online and after doing my research I decided to give them a go. Chose a shaped eternity/wedding ring with diamond insets. Great communication and delivery was very prompt.
Ring was immaculate and my wife was very happy. Looks great, good quality and good value.

Jeweller’s loupe went out of their way to help me with my enquiries, as I was in two minds about whether the ring I’d seen with them was the right one. I also had reservations about ordering an expensive ring on line.
There was no pressure from them and they responded very quickly to all the questions I’d emailed over to them.
In my my own time I decided to order the ring and I’m so pleased I did. Its perfect, arrived earlier than expected and beautifully packaged too!
Overall service & experience has been outstanding 😊
