We chose Jeweller's Loupe for their strong ethics, reasonable price and friendly, responsive service. Vicky was very patient and supportive and answered all my questions, nothing was too much trouble. We used the "try before you buy" ring model service, which helped with sizing and to visualise what the ring would look like. I received my actual eternity ring last week, which is stunning and was beautifully packaged - I am delighted. Thank you JL!

Easy to use website and a very helpful team...
Easy to use website with lots of choice at a reasonable price for what you get. I bought an eternity ring for my wife and asked Vicky to send photos of the process as I wanted to make a collage for my wife to see on her birthday. Vicky was more than happy to do so and provided a number of great photos and kept me updated every step of the way.
The ring itself is beautiful and was loved by my wife. 100% would recommend and will use again if I need any more jewellery.
