Outstanding. Just completed my first 3 months.
Lost over 2 kilos, eating the same amount of food, 3-4 cm's off the belly and already looking better all round. Carl was amazing support and over exceeded expctations. Game changing but you need to go in fully committed. TTFB If you do its a no brainer.

Had a great experience with the team, especially James Eden we worked closely together and he held me accountable, with a mixture of tough love and arm around the shoulder .. enjoyed our weekly calls . Highly recommend them ..

They are a very good a professional company Paula is great to work with and help lose the weight while running a business hard sometimes but she has help massively and supportive! Highly recommend!!

In the 4 weeks I’ve been doing it it’s been great. Paula has been amazing guiding me through everything with loads of helpful information. What makes it harder for her at the moment is I have an injury and she still has found exercise for me and are helping with my injury also.

Paula is a coach with details , gives you ideas how not to fall for usual traps of food
, read your data and come prepared on the call to give you useful advice. Also help to educate more about food , exercise, anatomy which makes you understand the science behind not just do this or do that . Glad to have Paula as a couch.

The way of coaching and how attached they are with you is a great moment to archieve your goals of weight loss or gaining muscles! Its a great experience to be so close with your coach and to friends!

In the short time I’ve been working with PeakID I’ve seen a significant increase in my energy levels and focus. I’ve established a routine around training and my overall health and wellbeing seems to have improved. Mike my coach has been extremely supportive and helped me stay on track and get back on the horse whenever I’ve had a bad day and he’s given me the confidence I need to reach my goals over the next few months.

From the word go everything has been professionally executed I was sceptical at first but bit the bullet and signed up was assigned a coach (Mike) and he has been spot on checking in every day regular zoom calls he knows my goals and what I want he has put together a training plan and set nutrition goals and because of this support weight has been shifting mood is changing gym workouts are getting better and as I progress Mike will be making small changes to benefit my personal training plan top guy top company

I’m really enjoying the process. James takes the time to listen to your goals and formulates a program to reflect that aim.

I’ve had training and guidance from James Eden now for about 18 months. In that time I’ve had significant weight loss and physical change followed by weight gain through injury and now in a second phase of rehab and coming back even stronger. James has been great through every phase from diet, training and personal advice and guidance.

The biggest investment one can make is in themselves

I’ve found the company pretty fantastic -especially my Coach Carl! Training with him has helped me lose 23 kg! He’s also go a whole plan going forward to help get me where I want to be. Amazing! That is one of the reasons I’m staying with Peak and Coach Carl for the foreseeable! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

So my personal coach has been Carl & he is absolutely amazing.
Nothing is too much trouble, daily contact, constant support & an all round great guy.
With PeakID support is given by other coaches when Carl has a break, which is great, but what makes it good is Carl always contacts me before & after to explain he’s away & that I still have support on my journey.
When things get tough, he picks me up, when I feel deflated some days, he makes me see the bigger picture.
Because Carl has been on his own journey & has done amazing, I feel he can relate to me with my ups & downs.
Carl has supported me through so many emotions too that I have had to deal with personally & whereas before I would have just given in, I haven’t I’ve carried on.
So praise to the man who makes me TTFB’s & keeps me positive 😊 thank you

I have really enjoyed my time with PeakID (just over a year). They have really helped me with my goals of fitness and wellbeing (mentally too).
Their members are like-minded people that are all willing to help each other. My Coach (Carl Griffiths) is, to put it bluntly...a star. He is a living embodiment of what the organisation is about. Always on hand to help, very encouraging, no-nonense (but fair and caring) advice and fun to engage with. His own personal journey is an inspiration and shows that he talks the talk AND walks the walks.
He is definately someone that you want in your corner. After saying all that, that isn't to overlook the other coaches. They all have that same ethos and they bring their own bit of positive personality to the table.

I signed up to get in better shape as i felt i had let myself go, and was getting jealous of my sons physique. I made good progress but due to injuries i kept picking up due to work and from running, i probably didnt make as much progress as i could of. The help and guidance from James was second to none. My son then joined the program, and although his goal was the opposite of mine, he wanted to bulk up, the guidance he received has been outstanding. The difference in him since he started is amazing. On the back of this he has been offered a sports scholarship, and is the envy of a lot of his peers, and adults alike. Cant thank James Eden and James Gough enough.

I spent a while with coach Paula and the PeakID team, and they have been fantastic with me. I was educated, supported, and coached step by step towards my fitness goals. I had many ups and downs and life challenges, but coach Paula was always there to help figure out how to maintain and build towards my goals despite the obstacles.
