Jiffy Avis 

This company are a joke, sent me rotten chicken ( so sorry I didn’t bring it back to them but smell was dreadful ) gave me a £50 voucher ,,, catch is you would need to spend over £500 to get near it and worse still you can’t use it against another code,,, total amateurs rip off

Nothing happens in a jiffy with this company! Ordered on UberEats, driver called me half way through his journey for no apparent reason but doesn’t speak any English, I proceed to go outside and wait in the cold for them for 15mins and then they arrive but tell me they can’t give me the groceries because they cancelled the order. Customer service then tells me to reorder?!

First and last time I’ll be using.

If you have problems with your order. It is impossible to contact them. This is not acceptable.

This app is amazing! I ordered some groceries as I was sick with my stomach and couldn’t go to the shop. They delivered everything within 15 mins and it was around 11pm! It pretty much made my day. The driver was really friendly too. So grateful and definitely will be using this app again :) 100% recommended!

Perfect! Very quick service and extremely reliable as well as good value. I can’t help but read the negative reviews and believe they are not authentic and rival companies are faking negative reviews by the look of it! I say this because I have found this company the best out of all delivery places I have ever used! 10/10 absolutely brilliant!

Great company. Deliveries have always arrived super fast. Today's arrived within 15 minutes which was impressive.

Order arrived significantly later than I was told, I never saw the rider who ran away before I could get to the door 10 seconds after knocking and then it turns out the cap for the milk was not tightened. The milk was stored horizontally so this spilt milk over bag and other contents. I told customer service this, with evidence, who accused me of lying because the store had tried to cover their backs for this happening by putting the bag in a second bag. I was offered a publicly available discount code and told they were not prepared to do anything else.

Groceries Delivered in 15 Minutes!

Placed my order recently with Jiffy and they delivered in 15 minutes which is great. Had no issues in finding the items i ordered. The items were packed & delivered securely with no spilling, driver polite & courteous. With the discount i was able to order more items. Jiffy appreciates custom. They even included a FREE bottle water, which was a nice surprise. My experience with Customer support is they solve any issue swiftly & efficiently. Well done JIFFY.

First time using Jiffy and my groceries literally got delivered in a jiffy. It was like magic! The quality of the fresh products is really good and my delivery was not missing any items unlike when ordering through Uber Eats or Deliveroo. I also received a free Milka chocolate bar as a thank you which was a really nice surprise. The best thing is that they offer products that you can’t really buy in the local supermarkets :) Customer service is also very quick to respond - I wanted to tip the driver but Jiffy currently don’t offer a way to do that. Looking forward ordering more.

Also please remember people are more likely to write about negative experiences than positive ones.

Be aware the product, coconut water, was filled with soap like chemical not the product, have been seriously burned insides, vomiting.

I use jiffy all the time and up to today it's been excellent service and great value for money. Today I have gone on the app and it doesn't seem to recognise my details and I had to join again and then after I did that it wouldn't accept my card and nearly everything is out of stock is anyone else having the same problems??

I ordered tonight since other apps were closed because of the marathon. Worst decision ever. The app say that the rider has picked up my orders and then it was delivered within 5 minutes he's got the order. But he was lying, I was staring at the map and the rider is still 20 minutes away from my house, he took my order and never bother to come here.

I contacted the support, at first they said it was technical issues and my order was on its way but, unfortunately, I cannot track it. Then I ask them how long it's gonna take they then replied me that they were waiting for the rider to collect the order. So they were lying to my face earlier that it was already in the way. So I asked them again whether it's on the way or still waiting for collection, the support then said that tracking is available on the app. For earth sake, you just said earlier that due to your technical issues, my order was marked as delivered and I can't track it. THEY WERE LYING RIGHT TO MY FACE TWICE.

In the end, my order never comes.

Placed my first big order with jiffy today. Was really impressed at the speed of delivery and how professional the driver was. However I had a carton of juice missing from my order. When I contacted customer service they refused to accept that the item was missing. I spent a large amount of money on my order why would I lie about £1.15 seriously! Was very disappointed about how the situation was dealt with. Told them they can keep theitem and my money. Will definitely not be using this service again nor would I be recommending it to anyone. Not a reliable service at all.

Best grocery delivery service and great prices.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews to companies nor do I like degrading them but this company has forced me to come here.
After ordering with them the first time my delivery got cancelled as they had no drivers.

Today, unfortunately due to isolating I gave them another try and the delivery took almost an hour to come. I ignored that but had my milk missing so I contacted them and they tried to sort it out and told me the driver should be with me within 15-20mins but again after almost an hour I contacted them again and I got accused of being a scammer, because they assumed I made 2 different accounts with 2 different addresses.
When asked why they assumed this, they replied ‘because both name are the same’.
Absolutely ridiculous!

They apologised at the end as they made a mistake but still in doubt as they said they will refund me if the driver didn’t deliver.
I told them to keep the milk and the money.

Very upsetting and unprofessional.

Excellent company with great riders, very polite and very quick delivery too, I will definitely use again.
