Excellent value for money
I have found the loafers I bought last year to be so comfy that I purchased another 2 pairs. They are great quality and value for money. The fact that they are also available in wide fitting is a big plus for me.

Do not recommend
Received the order on time but the shoes are faulty. I emailed customer service straightaway and followed up on it again and have heard nothing! No customer service at all. I guess I have to return and pay for the postage for the poor quality. I would never use them again.

Having to pay for return postage disappointed
Sales and customer service was exceptional but disappointing that I had to pay almost £5 to return an item that didn’t fit .

We also advise keeping proof of postage until the return has been processed.

Quick and easy ordering and delivery service. Downside is that I really wish I could have still purchased my original style of slipper which has lasted me over a year been worn every day and so comfy. New style purchased not such a wide fit and tighter less toe room not comfortable but I will have to keep them as my old ones are falling apart.
