I brought my wife a pair of slipper at Christmas, unfortunately the sole started to come away from the upper. I contacted Jo & Joe who immediately replaced them with out hesitation. We both wear Jo & Joe slippers and have never had a problem before. It’s reassuring to know that a company has great customer service, very refreshing

I purchased a pair of these slippers at…
I purchased a pair of these slippers at Christmas when visiting a Christmas market. Seemed like a nice sturdy pair of slippers good chunky sole, nicely stitched I thought these will last me longer than other pairs in the past have. How wrong was I it's what end of Feb and I've put them on this morning and thought ouch there's a stone in them, nope the inner part of the slipper has completely collapsed and what I can feel is the crumpled up rubber under my heel as I walk. Looks like they will be going in the bin and I'm back to my £3 temu specials.

I already have a pair of shoes that are…
I already have a pair of shoes that are from Jo & Joe but they really need replacing. As they have been so comfortable I decided that to replace them with another pair by Jo & Joe was the obvious choice. Although I have not started wearing my new pair as yet I have tried them on and they feel comfortable which is exactly what I wanted. I am, therefore very happy with my purchase and the service.

Bought slippers for a birthday present. Arriving quickly nicely boxed. Very good quality extremely pleased with my purchase. Bought these as I had received a pair for Xmas and I love them.
My son’s girlfriend loved hers, they are leopard print and are lovely. Would definitely order again from Jo & Joes

GOOD FIT & QUALITY
This is my second pair of mocassins from Jo and Joe. I have been pleased with the black pair I bought last year and have now added a tan pair. They fit well and are a reasonable price compared to Hotter shoes of similar style.

Great value
I have a number of their shoes but this was the first time I had ordered from the website. Arrived within a week. I like these moccasins because they are a D fitting, don't gape, hard wearing and after a great many wears still look like new. The colour range is fantastic too.
