Not only is the product absolutely gorgeous, it is so brilliantly crafted. The way the inserts are set up make so much sense for my brain, and I love that there is so many choices to personalise them for you.
Whilst my order was slightly delayed due to the weather, the communication from Joanne and her team was impeccable. Every email felt so personal and transparent, I felt included in the process and knew when my order would be arriving. You can see from their social media posts that the whole team is working tirelessly to ensure everyone gets their orders as soon as possible, even though the delay was something out of their control.

I’m super happy with my new journal, the quality is great and the colour is stunning. I suffer with a chronic illness and am registered disabled so I choose inserts to help me keep on top of my appointments, medication and symptoms as well as every day life as a busy working mum and I definitely think this will be a huge help to me. It also looks nice in my bag ☺️

I love my planner. It's incredible quality, delivery was super efficient (was dispatched the next day) and being able to build your own to work best for what I needed it for was what sold me. As a wedding and event planner who loves old school pen and paper.. it was a no-brainer when I came across Joanne's Journals. Highly recommend.

I don’t even know where to start with this 5 star review because there has been so much positivity around my whole experience.

From initially browsing the website and choosing each individual piece to add to my binder, to the exceptional aftercare, I cannot speak highly enough of this brand.

The binders themselves are of exceptional quality and each insert is thoughtfully crafted.

Whilst waiting for my pre order binder, I requested that my inserts be sent ahead with an extra binder. I received exceptional customer service during this process, with particular shout out to Emma who was incredibly kind and supportive of my request.

I can’t wait to start using my binder and am so excited to get my extra pre order items within the next couple of weeks.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough!

I originally ordered an agenda from a well-known influencer’s brand at exactly the same time as placing my first order here, and the difference in experience has been unbelievable. Over £300 spent with the other company, and I’m still left with half an order, no inserts and a binder that’s practically useless!

Meanwhile, I’ve now placed multiple orders with this company, I’m forever ordering extra inserts and accessories, and I’ve even bought a personalised binder for my husband!

One thing I really want to mention is just how amazing their customer service is. When my husband’s binder arrived, there was a misprint with his initials. I contacted them about it but even said myself that it could have been my own mistake thanks to autocorrect! I wasn’t expecting anything to be done, especially as I wasn’t sure whose mistake it was. However, completely out of the blue, a brand-new binder arrived with the correct initials! They hadn’t even told me they were sending one. It was such a lovely surprise and a genuinely thoughtful gesture.

For me, that speaks volumes about a company and how much they value their customers.

So many brands are quick to describe themselves as luxury, but I firmly believe that luxury should extend beyond the product itself. It’s about the quality, the communication, the service and how customers are treated, even after they’ve made a purchase.

I genuinely cannot fault a single thing. The quality is beautiful, the choice of inserts and accessories is fantastic, and the customer service has been second to none.

My agenda quite literally comes everywhere with me now! 😂❤️

If anyone is looking to invest in a beautiful, high-quality agenda, I would recommend this company without a second thought. I’ve experienced both ends of the scale, and it’s really shown me that a big social media following or a luxury price tag doesn’t necessarily guarantee a luxury experience.

I’ve continued ordering because the products are gorgeous, the service is brilliant, and the whole experience has been so easy from start to finish.

I have brought many products from this beautiful family run business. Their binders are beautiful and reasonably priced. Inserts to suit yourself and undated which I love. So many colours to choose from. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a journal to purchase

Wow am so impressed with everything about Joanne's Journals. Delivery was ridiculously quick and the quality is off the charts. The planners are so well made (I got the heritage one) and the inserts are genius. You just choose the ones you want and she has thought of everything. I have been a lifelong planner but these journals are a game changer. I love it so much I'm about to order another one for work. Can't recommend enough
