I recently had to request a last-minute cancellation for an order due to unforeseen personal circumstances, and the response from the team was absolutely incredible.

I wanted to make sure my order was perfect before hand and had trouble trying to preorder decided to jump on the TikTok live and I believe it was jay who went absolutely above and beyond to ensure my order would be exactly what I want! I found the right links was informed perfectly and now waiting for it to arrive! I even messaged on insta as the daily planner has preset times and I work nights and they even said they would look into this to see what they could do! And gave me other suggestions absolute amazing!

The service I received has been outstanding! I ordered the incorrect dividers for the journal and within a day someone had called me and checked with me and sorted this out to the correct items! Never had this before from an online company, usually you order incorrectly you hear nothing until items arrive and then it can be so frustrating trying to organise a return/refund!
I was kept updated on my order status and my order arrived very quickly indeed.
Honestly I am so impressed and will be recommending this company to any friends and family looking to update their own organisers. Thank You So Much I love my journal, the colour and quality is so nice!

One for work and one for family life. The quality of the paper is 2nd to none the binders are beautiful. Everything‘s has been thought of for me.

Love the journal, has a lovely feel to it. All the extra pages are brilliant, something all needs. I have ordered twice and both things have come return of post. Packed really well in a lovely box. An ideal gift!

I purchased all the way from Melbourne Australia, I bought the ocean frost blue luxe binder plus lots of other extra pieces and the quality of the vegan leather is so beautiful!
Definitely the best brand there is on the market for agenda’s & planners!!

Initially my experience wasn’t so great as my product was faulty and It took a while for the refund to process, due to issues with TikTok but finally got to the bottom of it and Emma kindly called me to discuss

I absolutely LOVE My new planner. Got it in the colour burgundy kiss and honestly it’s a beauty. Not forgetting the very fast delivery.. I ordered on Friday and my planner arrived on Sunday! Also, I asked for a 4 initial embossing which I thought was not possible as the website only goes up to 3 initials. Joanne made it possible. Thankyou so much. Will definitely be a regular customer now!

This is my first order and I’m very impressed, not only with the quality of the planner, accessories and even the paper itself (which is lovely to write on) but also the excellent customer service and fast delivery. Even ordering at the weekend I received the delivery the following day.

I ordered the Christmas bundle in the gorgeous green tartan. It is beautiful and is far superior to the Christmas planner that i usually use. As i am a regular customer and ordered this during a Tik Tok live Jay also added a freebie which matched the binder perfectly. The quality is amazing.

Made my order this afternoon, accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. Sent an email to customer services and it was dealt with quickly.

For my planning etc and it’s great so far the quality I notice is outstanding and it just fits my life!

I ordered some pieces on Saturday night before midnight as I had to get my discount off! Being tired I ordered the wrong set! I emailed this morning ( Sunday ) to see if anything could be done due to my mistake and within 30 minutes it was sorted 😳 quite unreal tbh that a business that is so small but mighty are “on it” on a Sunday morning! I bought the Celestial Dream Mid-Binder | A5 and used some of my points to reduce the cost. Unusual binder style which I like and love the colour and quality. I bought it as a gift so may need to buy myself another one! Quick delivery and nice packaging.
