Wow am so impressed with everything about Joanne's Journals. Delivery was ridiculously quick and the quality is off the charts. The planners are so well made (I got the heritage one) and the inserts are genius. You just choose the ones you want and she has thought of everything. I have been a lifelong planner but these journals are a game changer. I love it so much I'm about to order another one for work. Can't recommend enough

I ordered my agenda after seeing Joanne’s Journals all over tiktok. I chose the Moderna folio and disc bound inserts. My order was dispatched very quickly - on a sunday! I was a bit worried about ordering disc bound in case the pages were going to be hard to insert, or come out easily or snag on the discs. But the pages turn beautifully and the quality of the paper is great. There’s no leakage when using gel pens. I had a couple of issues with my order - a small scratch on the folio and the wrong insert pack sent. I emailed in the late evening and on the same evening Emma at customer service replied within an hour and has dispatched a replacement folio and the correct insert pack. No quibbles or extra charges. They’ve also included a freebie as an apology. Their customer service has been amazing and i cant wait to start using my folio and ordering more inserts and accessories. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this brand! Everything about it from start to finish was a dream. I had a few questions regarding colours and so I sent an instagram message. Usually brands with a large following don’t bother replying. This didn’t happen in this case. I got an immediate reply with pictures and had all my doubts clarified. I then got my agenda 1 day after, and it’s beautiful (i got the plum). It is so affordable compared to other luxury agenda brands and it’s s honestly just as good quality! 100% would reccomend.

Fabulous. Ordered on Friday and was delivered on Saturday. Comes in a really elegant box and I was really impressed by the quality of the planner. I love how on the website you have such a wide range of choice of inserts etc to make your planner truly your own. Fabulous product.

If I was going to mention any downside - and it is completely minor - it is that on your website you have the "build your planner" option and then there seems to be tabs to click across like "binders" "inserts" "accessories" etc, but apart from binders which is the option you land on by default, the other options weren't clickable for me (on both my laptop and phone). I feel like this is a minor website usability issue, not related to your products hence I didn't knock a star off, but it just meant it took me a little longer to navigate your website.

This is my second planner from here as I treated myself to an upgrade. I now have one for family and one personal planner/diary. Easy to make it individual to you with the choice of inserts. Also have used extras like sticky notes and pens. Always good service, quick delivery and overall a good buy. Would definitely recommend.

I wasn’t entirely sure what I needed and had added a few things to my basket that I didn’t actually need. I was contacted straight away and talked through everything, with clear advice on what I did and didn’t need. They also refunded me for the items I’d accidentally ordered twice.

I have had a new journal on my watch list for a while. I love this one! Very high quality for a very good price. The paper inserts are beautiful, so smooth to write on. I may have to buy a second one to fit all the pages in that I want 😄 ❤️

Amazing quality journals with perfect details. Loved the option to have it personalised and embossed with your initials. Love all of the inserts and accessories like the little magnetic page holder, and the sticky notes. I have made 3 orders already and thinking about ordering more.
Customer service has also been second to none and Emma was amazing in my correspondence with her.

Found Joannes Journals on Facebook. Built my own planner in pale blue. With the inserts which suit me. Was delighted when it arrived next day. Well packed, excellent quality, feels really luxurious and i know i have a unique product.

Quick turn round on shipping my Journal. However, the several Inserts had not registered and only noticed after payment. Unfortunately nothing could be done, so
I had to place a separate order.
Happy with the items. Great quality. Communication from order to delivery is very helpful.

I LOVE my new journal! The binder itself is so beautiful, chic and stylish, not to mention fantastic quality. I absolutely love the variety on inserts they have available to choose from so you can completely customise the inside of the agenda. It's made my weekly and daily planning so much more efficient, I'm able to write everything down nice and neatly instead of in a random notepad that I end up not going back to! The only thing I wish they had was a 'notify me when back in stock' option on their website, as I love so many of their products and sometimes, some of the items I want are out of stock, so a notify button would mean I wouldn't have to keep remembering to check the website.

I recently had to request a last-minute cancellation for an order due to unforeseen personal circumstances, and the response from the team was absolutely incredible.

I wanted to make sure my order was perfect before hand and had trouble trying to preorder decided to jump on the TikTok live and I believe it was jay who went absolutely above and beyond to ensure my order would be exactly what I want! I found the right links was informed perfectly and now waiting for it to arrive! I even messaged on insta as the daily planner has preset times and I work nights and they even said they would look into this to see what they could do! And gave me other suggestions absolute amazing!

The service I received has been outstanding! I ordered the incorrect dividers for the journal and within a day someone had called me and checked with me and sorted this out to the correct items! Never had this before from an online company, usually you order incorrectly you hear nothing until items arrive and then it can be so frustrating trying to organise a return/refund!
I was kept updated on my order status and my order arrived very quickly indeed.

Love the journal, has a lovely feel to it. All the extra pages are brilliant, something all needs. I have ordered twice and both things have come return of post. Packed really well in a lovely box. An ideal gift!
