Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn Avis 

Had stale popcorn in an advent calendar but they sorted it out within a couple of days and sent a gift card to get some more popcorn. Very good service 👍

This is a great company to deal with, I found items easy to order online and delivery was quick and well packed. The popcorn itself, I haven’t tried as bought it for Christmas presents but I can say the packing looks great and special. Subsequent contact with customer service was excellent. Will use again definitely.

I bought an advent calendar from Boots as a gift for my husband. Unfortunately all of the little bags were soft. I contacted customer service and they came back to me quickly and refunded the cost with a gift voucher. They were great to deal with. We have had several orders directly from Joe&Sephs in the past and the popcorn has been fantastic.

I love all the flavours but the milk chocolate stars are seriously good! I don't usually like salted caramel but even these I can literally finish the bag! It's always a sad day when I run out and have to wait for more to arrive!

I've scoffed many packs of Joe & Seph's popcorn over the last few years, more recently the vegan varieties as I'm lactose intolerant. This year I treated myself to their vegan popcorn advent calendar, including varieties I haven't seen on their site in vegan options before. These have all, so far, been delicious too, and just the right size for a little snack. A couple of the varieties, while still lovely and fresh tasting, were soft rather than the normal crunchy texture - I contacted the company to let them know and not only did I receive a thoughtful response, they also provided a gift voucher covering what I'd spent on the calendar. In other words, their customer service standards are as terrific as their products - thank you Joe & Seph!

Had a bit of a wait for delivery due to black friday but the company kept me informed when I emailed them. The texture of the popcorn is weird in a nice way as it is very different to what I'm use to. But I soon got use to it and it is delicious and very moorish

I ordered some of their popcorn bites for a movie night I was hosting last week. We had really quick delivery and were amazed by the quality of the chocolate. We have just placed another order so that we can quickly stock up for xmas! SO glad I know about these guys!

I’ve had a great experience trying to resolve an issue and do understand that sometimes unfortunate things do happen! Keep on doing a great job and giving us delish popcorn!!!

As an honest customer i would say popcorn is delicious but please order in plenty of time as dispatch and delivery is slow.

Sloooooow delivery (a month, no lie!!), But tasty. Not sure I'd wait a month again for it.
One bit of feedback I'd give though is sort the email algorithms out so you don't send multiple emails asking me to buy more before my first order had even arrived!

For about a year we tried to do business with this company. We bought quite a large amount of popcorn pouches in the last year for our pop up cinema screening events.
Their customer service is appalling. They clearly do not care to look after you as a business partner/customer. All they care about is getting the money from you.
There’s absolutely no communication between co-workers and they always appoint a different employee to deal with your queries.
We shared our disappointment with them several times and they never improved. Now, we’ve had enough of it.
This company does not deserve to have customers. The products are good, but the owners and employees aren’t.

If you can, support small businesses that actually look after their customers. Joe & Seph’s is not capable of this.

It’s been 9 days since my order and it still has not been dispatched even though the email confirmation said max 7 days. I have received no response to my emails either. It was supposed to be part of a birthday gift, but is now too late. Awful service

Purchased Gourmet popcorn flavour gift tins via Not on the high street and on Joe & Sephs web shop (between £20-£23). These are a fantastic Xmas gift and at good price with free delivery. The tins are heavier than what I expected so expect any forward posting cost to be costly! Cannot comment on flavour or how the tin looks inside, as I purchased purely for Xmas gifts.

I fully recommend buying from here. The popcorn isn't just popcorn, it's a pure luxury sweet treat. We tried the chocolate popcorn pumpkins, and wow I am impressed. Also very quick delivery and informed every step of the way.

On August 2021 I asked Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn if their popcorn maker was BPA free (BPA is a toxic plastic that leaks on to foods when warm and "once in the human body, BPA mimics the action of the hormone oestrogen and disrupts the endocrine system – the glands that produce hormones regulating, among other things, metabolism, growth, sexual function and sleep").
This is their answer to my initial email:
"Thank you for your email and your interest in Joe and Seph's!

As the air poppers are sourced via a third party I have asked the question on your behalf and am waiting for a solid answer before I can say for sure.
I do apologise as I should know but you are the first customer to ask the question!

I will come back to you once I have a solid answer :)

I chased them again about 12 days later and this was their answer (understandable because it was the end of summer):
"Not yet but the person I asked has been away since then and is yet to return.
I have you on my list of people to follow up with once I receive answers such as this :)"

I chased them again (because they never got back to me), 2 days shy of a month later and this was their answer:
"Thank you for your email
Unfortunately we have not heard back from our supplier on the matter which is why I have not been in touch.

My apologies for this, I will chase them again."

It's October 27th and I am still chasing them for a simple question (to be honest I gave up), that they should know already.

I understand that their manufacturer is in China, but it's VERY alarming that a company that is making a cooking product that uses high temperatures, doesn't know what their products are made out of, specially since if they do use BPA plastics or similar, it could be extremely detrimental to their customer's health.

I was really looking forward to buying the popcorn maker but I guess I will buy a different brand.
