Absolutely amazing company the chose of sweets is unreal especially the ones my husband had when he was a kid when he use to go out with his mum.Good value for money and wow taste so good .I will definitely be buying from you again as such a good idea for the grandkids for Christmas.Many thanks Joes sweets Barn

I have now ordered twice from here and although the sweets are tasty and sometimes value for money I find that the company can not let people have their opinions if it's not what they want to hear. I find that whenever anyone expresses any kind of disappointment in the product they bought the company then jumps on that post and tries to tell people why they are wrong! I understand that often people complain over nothing, but I've seen some comments from people who have been disappointed and express their personal opinion to which the company jump on that person in public to tell them they are wrong. It's bad business, people will always have different thoughts on products they buy and that's OK! I myself won't be ordering again just for the fact that i don't feel people can comment their opinions without being berated in a public post. I still stick to the fact that the sweets are nice and delivery Is brilliant but they need to let people have their own opinions, especially when they general opinion Is a good one. I've never seen any disrespectful comments (although I don't read all comments) I have just been reading other people reviews and there is a trend of rudeness on people's reviews. There is a few reviews that I think was unjustified, some people's reviews are just silly but like I said there is a LOT of replies to people's reviews that are just rude! Not a lot of other companies are seen to be replying to reviews with sarcastic, rude and snotty replies. I'm sure I'll get jumped on by the company because my opinion is not what they want to hear. JOES SWEETIE BARN!! PLEASE NOTICE I DID NOT GIVE 1 STAR, I HAVE SAID THE PRODUCTS CAN BE REALLY NICE AND DELIVERY IS BRILLIANT! THIS IS PURELY MY OPINION ON HOW YOU REPLY TO CUSTOMERS ON FACEBOOK AND SUCH. YOU BRING ATTITUDE INTO IT STRAIGHT AWAY WHICH MAKES THE CUSTOMER NOT WANT TO USE YOU AGAIN.... such a Shame as there is individual items I wanted to order again. Also posting screenshots of emails that have been sent is just ridiculous and childish. Learn to handle criticism as well as you handle praise.

Absolutely brilliant! Loved everything in my box from the sweetie mix to the bb American box, will keep me going for a while (that's if kiddies don't find it)

I was looking for sweets but I needed them quickly due to being let down. I sent a message explaining my circumstances and they sent them out straight away. They was here just over 24 hours later. When they arrived they were packed lovely. The only problem I have is do I sell them or eat them. So fresh and delicious. I will only be using this company in the future if I could give more stars I would.

This is such an unwelcoming company, one of the workers were awfully rude to me when I asked a question! Then when doing a pick n mix the glove was burst, how unhygienic! Specifically the one with the plait. Not to mention there was a few flies at the sweets on the shelf. Safe to say I won’t be back here!!😡

Well i seen these freezer dried sweets and had to try them so enjoyed them and the lux grape balls too there sweets & service was amazing ive just placed my 2nd order been on holiday and u was like i want a joe sweet barn sweetie haha.

Very strange smell and taste in the 2kg bag of sweets ...almost like a waxy coating had gone sour a very old smell .. out of date mystery boxes both fine though

Don’t waste your money on the 2kg bags. They taste and smell terrible. Will be throwing them in the bin. Wouldn’t trust eating them as god knows what’s happened to them before they arrived yesterday. The only way to describe the smell and after taste is like vomit. I’m sure when purchasing other items they may well be fine and they were posted and delivered on time.

Great products and services… delivery was quite quick as well. Will definitely be ordering more

Brilliant company. Communication was good also.
We ordered some freeze dried sweets to try and they are wonderful. Very reasonably priced too. One of my items wasn’t in stock but I chose to have to replaced and dare I say… I actually prefer the substituted item!
Royal Mail were a pain with delivery times but we understand that is out of their hands.

Me and my partner don’t eat a lot of sweet stuff but we will 100% be back to do another order.

My son did not enjoy the big box of sweets as we’re all very similar gummy ones ,he did like the freeze dried ones

Great selection of sweets at affordable prices

Pleased with my order - arrived in good time and well packaged. The only issue is the 2kg of jelly’s are wet, melted and sticky inside the bag - they are in date, but makes me wonder if they’ve been stored incorrectly.
