After months of trying to make up my mind who to buy from, I happen to visit Johnson's, it was immediately evident these were to people to trust, I'm so glad we did the informative sales team, the effortless purchase to the brilliant installation team Jake & Jordan, extremely professional, keen to make sure you are left feeling confident with the features and ongoing upkeep, the team are fantastic and can not do enough!

Jake and Gareth were excellent. No mess. No fuss. Super helpful.

Jake,Gareth and Darren were amazing as the gap was only an inch away from not being able to fit it was very tricky but they were so positive and managed to pull it off. Johnson’s customer care also great and well communicated.

Jake, Joe and Darren were excellent. We had an old hot tub that they took away. It was wooden and fell apart, they couldn’t have been more polite and up to the challenge of breaking it down and removing it. Also so helpful and polite, nothing was too much of a problem for them. Highly recommend them. Thank you.

Ill be honest, buying the hot tub wasn't a great experience, the price was right but the aftercare wasn't the best. It took ages to get my tub when paid in full and was told the delivery would be quick. I'm still giving 5 stars though as this was saved by the two delivery guys, Jake and Joe. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole installation etc. Credit to these guys. That's how you should treat a customer. Many thanks

Just had my 1st relaxing evening in hot tub. Researched for ages as needed to get through a doorway, Johnson's had one that just fitted through. Jordan,Joe & Darren carefully slide tub through with only couple of millimetres to spare ensuring no damage to acrylic. All 3 were friendly guys, who soon had my tub up and running, explaining how it worked & chemical usage. Thanks guys, very happy

We received our hot tub just over a week ago. There were delays with getting a delivery date due to the site surveyor not providing photos/sign off to the main office. After chasing this, Charlie at head office was very helpful. We took delivery of the hot tub from Gareth, Jordan and Darren. The guys were very friendly and polite. Gareth was very knowledgeable and gave step by step instructions on how to use the chemicals. Since the installation, Gareth has been on hand to answer any further questions. Although the easy lift arm was not fitted at the time due to our request, Gareth and the team have offered to come back at anytime and assist us with this. Fantastic team, tidied up after installation, professional and would recommend. There was a part missing on delivery but Gareth has chased this up so just waiting for delivery of the final part. Thanks again guys!

Ordered a hot tub a few weeks ago, and although there was a slight misunderstanding over how it would be delivered Simon sorted it all out for us to our satisfaction. Today Gareth and Darren came to install it, they got it in and commissioned very efficiently and went through how it all worked. They were very helpful and even helped reattach our fence which we had to remove to get the hot tub into the garden.

Ordered a hot tub from Johnson Leisure which was quick to be delivered. Jordan and Joe arrived on the day and got the tub positioned perfectly, added some water and went through the hand over process. Perfect job, clean, tidy and professional. highly recommended from the initial enquiry to the installation.
