A fantastic experience with the guys at JCC.
Fitted me in quickly , correspondence was quick and fully detailed as to what to expect.
Very thorough on the day , explaining all aspects of teh procedure and even recommended some checks to carry out should i feel issue is returning.

I recently attended a steroid injection appointment and had a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. What stood out most was how professional, efficient, and reassuring the entire process felt.

From the moment we arrived, Ram was welcoming and very organised, which helped put me at ease straight away. The clinician took the time to clearly explain the procedure, what to expect during and after the injection, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
During the appointment itself, everything was handled with great care. The procedure was quick and as comfortable as it could be, thanks to the clinician’s skill and calm approach. The procedure was done with care and was a smooth procedure.
The clinic is very clean and spotless with high standards of care and good quality.

I recently met Ram when having problems with my ankle after a severe break a few years ago. The waiting time on the NHS was ridiculous so I found Ram online. I was given a quick date for a consultation. When I met Ram he was so nice and friendly, honestly, what a lovely man. My recent experience at Joint Care Clinics was excellent. Ram is extremely professional and very knowledgable and his advice and support have been second to none.
I have very painful knee osteoarthritis in both my knees for a few years now. Following an initial consultation with Ram, he carried out scans of both knees and thoroughly explained the various options that were open to me going forward.
After some two weeks of further personal deliberation, I decided to move forward and have Arthrosamid injections in both knees.
Ram was extremely helpful and the complete procedure was carried out with minimal pain, time and very efficiently.
I now look forward to hopefully the promised long term effects of the product.
The overall information and advice from Ram both pre and post procedure was excellent.
The additional bonus for me is that Ram is also such a genuine nice and pleasant guy, who without a doubt "knows his subject".

I cannot recommend Ram highly enough. I reached out in desperation after being given an incredibly long NHS wait for treatment of Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder) so severe and relentlessly painful that I couldn’t sleep, drive, or do my job.

Ram was so patient, kind, and professional. I had the shoulder hydrodistention with corticosteroid. I won’t lie – it was agony having it done – but SO worth it. Within 48 hours, the pain started to ease, and within 14 days I was pain-free, with a huge amount of my mobility – and my sanity – restored. AMAZING.

I had a consultation with Mr Rachaputi a few weeks ago for my frozen shoulder.
The consultation was in-depth and very thorough . Mr Rachaputi took time to understand my situation . I had hydrodilatation , where he explained every stage of the procedure and was very reassuring .
I've been really happy so far with my outcome , I have much better range of movement and a reduction of pain.
He advised me of certain physiotherapy excercise which I'm doing every day.

Ive had severe pain in various parts of my hand from autoimmune issue i suffer with. I met Dr Ram in Leicester and consualtation and treatment was all performed at the same time. Ram injected 5 steroid injections into my hand into the inflammed areas. I felt immediate relief and now a week later I have full mobility in my hand. No longer have to take strong painkillers. Highly recommend.
