J.E.S. Have been exceptional in all matters pertaining to a problem with my Bora extraction units . Bora agreed to complete the work under warranty even though it is 4+ plus years old . This was at the insistence of J.E.S. management. Their communication to both parties has been fantastic at all times and the work was completed quickly and cleanly .
They deserve 6 stars for their effort throughout and cannot recommend them enough .

Booking process for service visit was easy and clear. On the day the engineer communicated clearly when he would arrive and job was completed without fuss and great attitude towards their trade.

We had an issue with our new Bora hob which was sorted out by JES on the same day that I contacted Bora. I was kept updated on the arrival of the engineer at all times and found him to be amiable and competent and the problem was sorted without a return visit.

Our BORA X BO was delivered with a distorted outer frame. JES were appointed to remedy. The technician arrived on time and undertook the work with the skill of an avionics engineer! He also checked the installation and recorded every move on a report form. Very impressive service

Had a smashed glass top on a Bora hob. Bora contacted JES on my behalf and within 24 hrs a home visit was arranged for 7 days later.
Engineer arrived exactly as promised and did a fantastic job in repairing. He took great care in protecting the surfaces he was working on and cleaned up impeccably. Hob was repaired and induction rings and extract fan were all tested.
Would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Really pleased with the service provided by JES. They replaced the glass on our bora hob which was damaged and this has all been replaced quickly and nicely. They sent us a full breakdown of the quote and as we paid upfront refunded us promptly for any services not performed.

JES responded extremely quickly and efficiently, organising an appointment for an engineer to come round and replace the cracked glass on our BORA hob. He did an efficient, tidy job whilst being very polite and friendly.

Fantastic service from JES, having suffered a failure of two of the four areas on the hob we called to report the issue and everything from there was taken care of and swiftly repaired. The communication throughout the whole time was first class and the engineer who carried out the repair was excellent.

I would not recommend them if you need a Barazza repair. They are too expensive (initial call-out fee £360, before parts and extras) and picky. They are not even prepared to access the hob themselves. I would need someone else to move the oven to expose the underside of the gas hob.
Jobsworth is the best descriptor that comes to mind.

Dear Simon, We would expect you to move the oven as part of the repair. Are you serious that we need to get another person in to remove the oven and put it back so you can repair the hob? Surely, this should be part of the repair process?

Addendum 3: You may seriously want to reconsider purchasing a Barazza appliance. It looks like there is a monopoly on who can service their products in the UK. This explains why getting a service or repair in the UK costs so much.

Hello Sir,
Unfortunately, this is not the review I was expecting. We have not had the chance to have a telephone conversation because you are otherwise busy. I am certainly not a jobsworth; I am concerned about your heavy and expensive oven and do not want to cause damage to your costly kitchen. More importantly, the health and safety of my engineer, who attends on his own, cannot be compromised as he is unable to lift the oven due to its weight, size and shape.
Please note that the email you sent me on the same day contradicts your comment on Trustpilot.

It took a day for them to make an appointment for my Extractor to be fixed. They gave me a time of my choice received messages before the engineer turned up. Josh is the efficient engineer polite did the job well and fixed my extractor. nothing to complain about. thank you.
