Very efficient service from beginning to end. Anne was a delight to work with and very polite. Josh, our engineer, was also polite and arrived when his ‘advance warning’ text message suggested he would. He had padded mats to protect both our floor & work surface; very impressive. A lot of companies could learn from JES. Thank you 🙏

Great service ! The guys are knowledgable, calm, efficient and really clean no mess - like they were never here!!! Love the fact that there is text messages to confirm time and also track the arrival etc etc wish all the other service companies were as good as these guys!!

Mark, the engineer, was everything you could hope for in a service call: polite, efficient, friendly, tidy, good coomunicator etc. Also Anne from head office kept me informed at every stage & followed up to check that I was satisfied with the service I'd received. I am!

Brilliant. We had a problem with our BORA oven. It was easy to get an appointment. We were kept up to date on arrival time. The engineer was polite, friendly, clean, thoroughly professional and the work was done to the highest possible standard. Simply could not expect or ask for more.

Service call out due to two issues with a newly installed X Bo oven.
Michael arrived later than the given arrival window, but phoned well in advance of the window to apologise and kept me informed of progress.
When he did arrived, close to 18:00, he was polite, cheerful and in absolutely no rush. The issue was resolved without any fuss and he checked with me that I was happy with how he had addressed one of the issues.
Couldn’t have been a better experience.

Excellent service in every respect. Very prompt response following me reporting a fault in my induction hob to the supplier. Joint Electrical Services contacted me the same day and arranged for an engineer to visit the following morning. They provided a clear time slot for the visit with regular updates when he was on his way. The engineer (Josh) was brilliant - very knowledgeable about the appliance and the possible causes of the fault. He fixed the problem and provided clear explanations. The fastest and most efficient repair service I have experienced!

It was a pleasure to get a visit from the JES engineer. The engineer was on time, very polite, worked very carefully on the cooking system and covered the work services on the kitchen island. We can highly recommend JES!

Well, what a great and unexpectedly great service JES gave us when our BORA hob broke down. I quite expected a big hassle and a long wait. The very nice engineer, Michael, was despatched to sort out the problem within a week and arrived early in the morning and sorted it all out efficiently and happily.

JES are the consummate professionals.
I had a BORA hob that wasn’t working - I called JES and arranged a call out.
Joshua their engineer arrived first thing in the morning. He was respectful of our house and did a superb job. On top of that he was a delight to have in our home. He was professional and personable.
Ten out of 10!

Whilst my operatives were working on a new kitchen, a hob top was accidentally broken, finding out it cost £3500 to buy I feared we had just done this job for nothing. Searching on line I found Joint electrical services could replace the hob top for a fraction of the cost.
They were efficient, clean and the hob is as good as new. The client was also very pleased. Would recommend them highly
