I paid for a gift on 1 April and despite numerous e-mails seeking information to support@ and customerservice@ I've had zero response. The gift is for a birthday this coming Sunday. There is no contact number and the landline quoted on other sites is out of service.

Order a personalised jumper for my wife for mother day.
They never collected the vest or send me a label to send it to them.
£63 I paid for this item, I regret deeply not paying with PayPal as I will now need to claim this through my bank and it will take months to get my money back if I manage to get it back.
If you dont want the same experience, just avoid the company, unfortunately I believe the majority of us got to those reviews after purchasing and not before.
Take care, and avoid this scam.
Company mentioned the sent the instructions on how to deliver the baby grow, they didn't.
I asked them to return the money, they haven't answer the email neither.
There is no single aspect of the company legit.
One more time, avoid it.

Quality is very poor for the price. I ordered a pink jumper with a cow and my daughters name embroidered. The jumper is really poor quality and so is embroidery. Would look else where especially if it’s a gift for someone.

The Newspaper i order was for my dads 60th birthday and I had left it a little late to order (the week before!). However, it arrived within a few days and was absolutely fantastic. Im not sure what i was expecting but it exceeded my expectations. My dad also loved it so all round a great experience buying from Jonny's Sister. Highly recommend.

Order never delivered. Only means of contact is via email which they never reply to. Posted on their Facebook page and instagram account to no avail.
Listed shop address doesn’t exist. Entry on Companies House is a shell company and listed address currently ‘To Let’.

I ordered a blanket with my Grandma and Grandads surname as well as their wedding anniversary date. They were over the moon! Perfect gift & the quality exceeded my expectations. Very quick delivery too- I thought it would take much longer with the personalisation option I picked. Will be re ordering from Jonny's Sister.

AVOID. Terrible company. Supplied a faulty product, wouldn't respond to emails, then said they'd send a replacement and have not, despite repeated attempts at contact. Requested a refund, again radio silence.

Terrible company don’t order from them you won’t receive your item!! I ordered through a big high street store who they work with which I’m surprised they are still advertising their items. Ordered on the 20th of November and still haven’t received the item even thought they’ve told the high street store the item has been sent. I have received a refund now though. Avoid this company!!

As with many other recent customers, I placed an order at the end of November but it never arrived. The company took ages to respond but eventually confirmed it had been posted and provided a tracking number. Upon contacting royal mail, they said the item had never been received by them. The company then claimed it must have been lost in transit. They have failed to issue a refund or send a new item out and don't respond to emails. Total scam of a company. AVOID!!

Ordered an item on 16th December well before their Christmas cut off date, and it never arrived. No contact from the company, despite reaching out through email and instagram. There is no way to track items either, they just show as ready to ship in the Shop app. Finally got a response via email on 02 Jan, and they tried to say the item had been "lost in transit". Based on all the other people experiencing the same issue in recent poor reviews, I very much doubt this is the case! I have now been refunded (waiting to receive the funds), but the customer service team seem unwilling to provide any compensation or actually dispatch the item to me, this was a Christmas gift so it was super embarrassing to turn up empty handed on Christmas day and now I need to find a replacement item (3 weeks after Christmas!) Avoid this company, they really seem like a scam.
Also the cake tin I ordered now has reviews stating the personalisation is just stuck on sticky letters, considering the cost this would have been really underwhelming so maybe it's a good thing they never sent it!

WARNING WARNING!!!!!! Do not use them!!!! I ordered a gift for Xmas delivery & nothing arrived! I have written to customer services 3 times & not a single reply. Truly awful and an absolute DISASTER!! No way of tracking service (it says to track by shop app but the headline always says your shipment is being prepared. I’m upset & out of pocket & gutted that my friend doesn’t have her special gift. No apology, no replies to email, I feel like I’ve been totally scammed. First time I’ve ever purchased online & received such bad customer service. Never again!

Order never received, multiple emails sent to customer service who were non existent. Raised dispute with my bank and got the money back. Advise anyone else having issues to go straight through your bank, you won’t get help from these scammers. First time I’ve ever had issues ordering something online.
‘Johnnys sister’ whoever you are, I highly doubt your a ‘British based’ company. You’ve replied to this complaint today March 20th. You realise I left this complaint the 31st December? You think it’s acceptable to reply this late? basically 3 months later. Pretty much sums you up doesn’t it. Terrible company who should be avoided at all costs.

I ordered a present which was sent via standard delivery and I too don't recall there being another option! The package never arrived and I was told by Jonny's Sister to 'reach out to my courier' to check delivery. Sorry, what courier?! I don't think the postman would remember every item they've delivered without tracking - which btw wasn't available! I've asked for a refund and I'm still waiting. Not impressed and clearly reading the reviews I'm not alone!

I ordered a personalised cake tin on 8th December, it was apparently dispatched on 13th December by standard Royal Mail post. I paid £3.95 delivery & don't remember seeing any other option for postage. According to customer service, it’s my fault I haven’t been able to track my order due to the postage option. I would have thought when I’ve paid so much for delivery and when posting a product worth nearly £40 that they would want to ensure they could track it was delivered! They couldn’t care less that I’ve still not received my order and I had to show my sister her Christmas gift via the website! Very poor! They’ve shown no concern and haven’t apologised. Just said I need to chase it up with Royal Mail!
I’ve chased it and no sign of it, so I’ve asked for a refund. Let’s hope a refund is sorted quickly!
Definitely wouldn’t recommend Jonny’s Sister, the customer service is awful. I will update this if I get manage to get a refund!

I ordered a personalised blue plaque on 10th December in plenty of time for Christmas -according to their own website -and have still not received it today, I have experienced some of the shoddiest & most patronising customer service you could imagine which has been combined with being totally ignored and cannot advise potential customers to avoid this company enough.

I ordered a cake tin on 15th December - the website specifically stated that you had to order by 19th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery so I ordered with plenty of time. The tracking has never been updated, I have emailed twice to find out where the order is and haven’t received a response or even an acknowledgement of my email. I am at a loss of what to do and how to even get hold of anyone. Not only did my mother not get a Christmas present on Christmas Day… but it is now 27th December and it still hasn’t arrived. I have spent over £35 and have nothing to show for it and no way of contacting anyone to discuss this or chase it!? Awful!!!!!
***UPDATE*** it is now 4th January and I STILL haven’t received a response to any of my emails. I have messaged them on Facebook, Instagram and I also left comments on their Instagram posts. I have now just seen that my comments have been deleted and they have blocked me. Absolutely disgusting. Will be reporting to trading standards today.

I ordered on 29th November and received confirmation. Since then nothing. I emailed once no reply. I have subsequently phoned 5 times over the last 2 days and the line is always engaged. I have now sent a contact us email. These are gifts for Christmas and I am left wondering.
Previous times I have been happy with the company.

I ordered a birthday newspaper on Sunday Dec 1st & immediately realising I had requested the wrong month (November instead of December) I emailed customer service, twice, asking if they could amend the order. On Tuesday 3rd I received a email stating that orders cannot be edited after being ordered! consequently I now have a useless birthday present for my father. How hard could it have been just to swap the newspaper, after all it all ready existed, it was not a product that had to be specifically manufactured! So all in all I do not rate Johnny’s Sister at all, I see them as crooks and their customer service is useless

Terrible quality, misleading product and shipping descriptions. Very disgraceful customer service.
Next day service which is substantially more expensive is a lie.
Hand made and solid metal construction was also a lie. The product I got weighed a matter of grams, was supposed to be a solid metal construction, and hand made....it was a computer printed sheet...when I asked them about it they refused even the discount they offered in a solus email a few days later.....disgusting company! Avoid...
In answer to your condescending reply, your substandard shoddy product is still substandard and shoddy, no matter what you have convinved yourself. And your misleading product description and shopping cart promises are still an absolute disgrace.
