Terrible quality, misleading product and shipping descriptions. Very disgraceful customer service.

Next day service which is substantially more expensive is a lie.

Hand made and solid metal construction was also a lie. The product I got weighed a matter of grams, was supposed to be a solid metal construction, and hand made....it was a computer printed sheet...when I asked them about it they refused even the discount they offered in a solus email a few days later.....disgusting company! Avoid...

In answer to your condescending reply, your substandard shoddy product is still substandard and shoddy, no matter what you have convinved yourself. And your misleading product description and shopping cart promises are still an absolute disgrace.

I've made around 4 - 5 purchases from Jonny's Sister and can honestly say I always receive the best products and service from the team. The items always arrive on time and they are extremely high quality.

I have dealt with the customer service department before also and nothing has ever been too much trouble!

I recently ordered a personalised distance signpost and ‘lives here ‘wall plate as two separate gifts . I was extremely pleased with the quality , speed of delivery and efficiency of customer services on both occasions . The recipients were thrilled and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again .

Recently ordered a personalised item from this company . On receiving order there was a small flaw on the item . Item was replaced & was told to keep the other item also . Great customer service . Fantastic communication when contacted . Highly recommend .

Had to get a present for my friends 90th birthday. What do you get someone at 90 that they haven't already got???. Found this blue plaque on Jonny's Sister having looked at others. So glad l went to them. The plaque looked good on their website, but so much better when it arrived. The quality is so good and being able to put personal details of my friend on the plaque. Highly recommend Jonny's Sister. You won't be disappointed AAA+++

What can I say, a fabulous company with good old fashioned customer service. I received a weekend bag as a birthday present from my daughter and it came with no strap. I enquired if one were available for sale and learned it had been shipped without one as standard. This company bent over backwards to make sure I received one. No fuss no quibble, just get the customer sorted. I 1000% recommend this company to everyone.

Customer service is great. I ordered a Heritage plaque and then realised it wouldn’t come in time. Contacted them and asked if it could be delivered quicker and they were very responsive and it arrived really quickly. Really pleased with the product - a unique and fun gift.

This is the second letter cushion I’ve purchased, first an Oslo Sterling “G” and the second Pale Pink “E”. Both of which were great quality; soft material, perfect stitching and good amount of filling. It is perfect for a nursery chair, it’s eye catching but doesn’t take up too much room and keeps its shape, although I have it more for decoration! We’ve received many compliments! I’m already planning to buy it for 3 more soon to be babies! In future I would like to see more of a variety of fabric colours (even though there is lots already) such as green for a safari nursery and neutral/beige for a woodland theme nursery.

Treated disgustingly as a trade customer. No warning and they suddenly turn around and say sorry we are too busy.
