Joos charge port was really easy to use.
And to be honest takes the added worry away especially when you in the A&E ! You know you can charge your phone when needed. This was a great help for me and my granddaughter as we would have been stuck without it! Thanks Joos x
Helpful as running out of power while in A and E dept and the next day whilst waiting to be admitted to ward. However my charger didn’t register as being returned and I’m still uncertain from my ‘chat’ experience as to whether this was from poor Wi-Fi in the hospital or if I hadn’t returned the bank properly. So charges continued to be charged every half hour and if you don’t notice this could end up being pricey. Thankfully chat person monitored and refunded my overpayment. Was mega stressful though as only contact was through chat function and I was no longer mobile being admitted onto a ward. Take care out there but all ended well!

I used the power bank and it worked well. Unfortunately I was accidentally charged 12 hours and only used for two. However, the chat service was incredibly helpful and agreed to refund the money to my account. Thank you

I had a struggle trying to return a rented power bank but after speaking to the customer service, they were very patient with me and manage to help me.

If that's right then this should be 5 stars.
If I'm wrong, I'd say 1 star...
I use it regularly.
It's a half decent piece of kit.
Bit expensive, but it was there when I needed it.

This was the first time i have used the service as I needed some battery power for my phone in the hospital so I could contact a family member. Getting the battery pack was fairly straight forward if a little confusing as I did not know what to expect but returning it was simple. Now that I have used it it should be easier next time. It is not particularly cheap but it got me out of a hole. When you need it you need it.

The battery charged my phone efficiently, lasted well, and the power bank itself was a very convenient size to carry around whilst out and about. I used the rental power packs on two consecutive days while in desperate need in a hospital. I totally misunderstood the rental structure and ended up with a large bill. After contacting Joos they halved the cost I had racked up.
I would like to thank them for that and urge people to read the rental structure carefully. It is a great service if used carefully and in my case gave me peace of mind when I was in a very dark place unexpectedly with the health of my husband.

I rented one and it was useful but im not gonna lie they charge really slow. The customer service team are ace aswell and they helped resolve my issue straight away.

Came across one of their stations at Victoria Centre in Notts as I was shopping for some birthday presents. Experience was smooth, renting and returning was super easy

Joos chat was prompt, and very helpful when inquiring about a transaction on my credit card I didn’t recognise and were able to pinpoint the machine the transaction related to.

The actual product was great, did what I needed
However on returning the device I am now on day 8 of waiting for my money back. Contacted customer service whoever I spoke to was so rude and patronising it’s a pity they don’t have the persons name there on the chat. Not helpful at all still not received my money

Absolute scam. Hired one of these for 3 hours whilst in Bolton Hospital. Received a charge of £36 24 hours later as they claimed it wasn’t returned. Advised them that it was and they said it was returned incorrectly so will be charged £18 and no further resolution offer. Just what you need after emergency surgery. Make sure you avoid these at all costs and stick with more reputable companies as it seems they like to charge for products returned yet continue to monetise and profit off them! Scam artists

Power bank worked, that's the only reason I am giving a star. The rest of the experience was poor. The POS displayed totally different prices than I was actually charged, said max £3 a day charge, yet I was charged £7, I sent photos supporting this, should have been an easy resolution. Customer support via live chat only, and was useless and often just didn't reply until I chased. Still not resolved. Should not be this difficult to dispute or speak with customer support, and when you do they should be able to resolve issues easily.
