After a query about the charge the customer service team were Swift and helpful. The charge query was that an additional payment left my account which was as if I had kept the charger which would have cost £30 in total. This payment will automatically be reimbursed as they can see that I returned it. The team were really helpful and were able to see that the charger had been returned. Very impressed with the service.

The power bank I hired was only half charged. After 2.5h plugged in it had only charged my phone to 58% and then the power bank was flat. When I complained, they said it was my phone's fault (my phone has a charging capacity of 88%). It's a bad user experience all around. Also they give very generic meaningless answers when you chat to them, and I can read they do the same with negative reviews here. Having experienced how quickly they dismiss their customers, I won't use them again.

I have been using Joos a few times already and it has always been reliable. It is convenient to be able to rent a power bank at their stations when the battery of my phone is flat. This week I saw their new screen and it is very nice! Actually much clearer than the previous one on the rental instructions

Second time using Joos at a pub, still impressed. Charged my phone twice over a long night out. Not giving 5 stars as the return button could be more noticeable, but solid product overall.

Saved my night out! The Joos power bank kept my phone alive through hours of pub-hopping. Compact enough to fit in my pocket. Only wish it charged a bit faster, but still a lifesaver.

My phone was on 2% when I was about to meet friends for dinner. I spotted the Joos station as I got off the train, rented a power bank in seconds, and was back to full battery by the time we finished our meal. So convenient and user-friendly!

I used it while I was at Bristol Airport. It was written on the station that the fees were £ 2, however, they charged me £ 3.96. The customer service told me different rates which are more expensive than the ones written on the station. Also, it is not that fast

Such a great idea! We were stuck in A&E with a poorly teenager with no charge on her phone- Joos was a lifesaver! Easy to use too.

Bad Experience and Misleading Pricing
I had a bad experience with Joos. While at an A&E, I used their power bank for a couple of hours, hoping to be charged £5 as advertised.
To return the power bank, I followed all the instructions both on the machine and on their website. The website mentioned I would receive an email once the item was returned, but I never received it.
Immediately, I contacted customer service through the chat. Although the response was quick, they were unhelpful and quite condescending. They claimed the item wasn't returned properly, despite me following the instructions to the letter. Instead of resolving the issue, they shrugged it off, implying it was my fault. Now, I’m facing a charge of £20 or £30 instead of the £5 I expected.
I would avoid Joos unless you are ok to pay up to £30. Their service is unreliable, and their pricing information is misleading.

Great help in time of crisis, was at hospital in a&e running very low on battery and my power bank was dead. Found Joos power banks to be fantastic and helpful. Had cables with it so didn't need to find any if you didn't have any.
Went over my 1 hour time by 5 minutes and contacted customer service and they refunded me £2.
Definitely recommend and would use again if I'm desperate or in a&e again ain't planning to be there again any time soon 😂😂

It’s convenient but The system reacts a bit late. When I returned the app still shows in use. I asked the customer service to address that.
