Favourite Go-to Butcher for great quality
I’ve made multiple orders for delivery to London from JP Butcher and they are usually prompt with their delivery (approx 2 business days), and I’m always happy with their products. Their ox tails and beef cheeks are a firm favourite in my household and are always fresh and incredibly delicious. The chat feature is also quite good - I’ve used it to enquire about items that were out of stock and expected stocking dates, and I’ve received friendly and helpful responses from the store. I’ll highly recommend them to all my friends!

Another great delivery
Had my delivery yesterday yet again fantastic quality meat and great service. My meat is always delivered with care and comes ice packed.

I can’t really rate the products as DPD…
I can’t really rate the products as DPD failed to deliver the parcel on time and received it after 4 days so unsafe to even opening the parcel.The smell horrible (2 chickens in the parcel!).DPD should not be used by anyone who sells meat items.they are totally unreliable.As for the seller,I know it’s not their fault but I was really looking forward to the product and now I’m terribly disappointed.i hope they will be serious enough to refund the money.

First and foremost, please be assured that your refund is already being processed. We would never expect a customer to keep or accept products that arrived in an unsafe condition, and we fully stand by that.
JP Butcher is a very serious and established company. We have been operating for many years, building something unique with a strong focus on high-quality products, food safety, and customer trust. Situations like this genuinely upset us, as this is absolutely not the experience we want our customers to have.
While the delivery itself is unfortunately outside of our direct control, we carefully choose our couriers based on long-term performance and reliability. Based on our years of experience, DPD has consistently been the courier that gives us the fewest issues, especially for perishable goods. That said, when a failure like this happens, we take it very seriously and share your feedback directly with them.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We completely understand your frustration, and we are truly sorry that this order did not reflect the standards we work hard to maintain every day.

Well butchered good quality meat.
Meat was sorted for delivery and sent quickly. Had a problem with courier delivery. No fault of JPButcher. JPButcher assured meat was well packed and would still be fine. Which set my kind at ease. The meat was still perfect when delivered.
