My Mum became disabled and my Dad purchased a car from this company in November 2024. He paid just shy of £17,000 for it. He was happy with this at the time as of course he had no previous dealings with these type of vehicles. My Mum passed away in November 2025, and we have since been trying to sell the car. We found out very quickly that the car was not going to sell at anywhere near the price it had been sold to us for which would suggest that it was very overpriced in the first place. I asked Jubilee if they could help but they werent interested. When they sold the car to my Dad the salesman drove from Birmingham to the North East of Scotland! My poor 80 year old Dad lost £10,000 in just over a year as it sold privately for £7000. I definately would not reccommend this company.

As a recent wheelchair driver, this has been the worst car purchasing experience I have ever had. My mother and I trusted the welcoming atmosphere when purchasing the car, but this immediately disappeared once the contract had been signed.

It has been less than a year since purchasing, and it has been impossible to get assistance from Jubilee regarding mechanical failures and malfunctions. My car is currently broken down on the driveway because neither myself nor my mother have managed to get anyone at Jubilee to help us over the last 4 weeks. They do not return calls, and seemingly do everything possible to avoid responsibility once the sale has gone through.

Please do not use this company - get your mobility vehicle from literally any other garage.

Sold me a WAV car in December 23, all very helpful and speedy. Sadly my husband passed away a few weeks later and I needed to sell it back to them. They didn't answer their on line service, promised to ring me back 4 times and never did. Clearly were not interested in offering me a price - which I am guessing is because they didnt want me to know their mark up. Shameful given their reputation and the fact I had only had the car a few weeks. Wouldn't go to them if you want to sell your car back to them at some point

Bought a vehicle from this company in December 2019. A great guy brought it to my home for a demo. I was very pleased with the motor as it was everything thing they said it would be, I was given a demonstration on how everything worked and taken for a test drive. There was no pressure to buy at any point. I was also called a few days later to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely say give this company a try if they have what you are looking for.

Great service when buying a used WAV vehicle from them. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and would recommend. David Wagstaff was attentive and professional and is an asset to the company.
