The website was very well constructed and easy to navigate but the service from our Sales person, Ron Smith, was 5 star. Ron Smith was very friendly and professional as well as listening to our needs and doing all he could to find us the right vehicle. He was kind and compassionate and is a credit to the company. He went the extra mile and spent extra time when delivering the vehicle to make sure we understood how to operate everything. Cannot recommend Jubilee, and especially Ron Smith enough.

We have had a terrible experience with Jubilee. We brought a WAV to more easily transport my young daughter and her wheelchair and at the beginning they were great to deal but that quickly changed.

After having the car for a matter of hours there were issues. No spare wheel, the boot wouldn’t always open or close and I noticed one of the rear seats wasn’t fixed in properly. On closer inspection the rear seat (that my daughter had been using) was totally unsafe. They had only fixed it in with one screw (the wrong screw) and put some foam around it to stop it rattling in the hope I wouldn’t notice. If there had been a crash there’s no way that chair would have stayed in place. I was livid and contacted them straight away, they were not very helpful and made out it was ‘just one of those things that happens when you buy a used car’. Not happy with this response or the thought of what else they may have done to the car, I asked for a full refund and got it.

Saw Jubilee automotives website on the internet decided to enquire,and was put through Joe Greary who did his utmost to findout what we needed and what Jubilee had to offer in their stock.Joe rang us back the following day with a vehicle which suited our every need,Joe arranged a delivery day promised a time of arrival and arrived on time.Joe spent a long time with us showed everything about the vehicle we were very pleased.Joe;s response to the many questions we asked him was superb so ten out ten Jubilee,and joe 100 out of 100.thank you all.

Dishonest company. Not as described. Paying for standard equipment.
Removing equipment when converting i.e. spare alloy wheel and then selling them on a online auction site. That cannot be right!
Trustpilot keep taking this review down. Probably Jubilee auto don't like people to hear truth about this terrible company. Please go else were if looking to buy WAV.
