The process to order the car was clearly explained by the agent. We were kept informed of the progress of the order. On the day of delivery the driver, Andy, made contact and confirmed when the car would be delivered to my home. Andy fully explained the controls and answered all questions he was asked. He was very helpful and polite.

Great, friendly staff. Nothing was too much. Andy showed me everything and made sure I understood. Nice guy, as was the man taking him home.

I’ve recently received my Motability vehicle. Andy was friendly, professional and patient. He answered every question I asked, He informed the time he will reach and didn’t rush me as I was away for school run. I would recommend to anyone receiving their motability vehicle.

Andrew from Alfred Bekker delivered our new WAV today we were advised he would arrive at 10am considering he came from Yorkshire he was pretty much on time he demonstrated everything perfectly before handover was very polite and professional the handover went very smoothly we are very pleased with the quality of service we have received from day one would thoroughly recommend them
