The experience with juice themselves was ok, but the 7 charge battery pack only just charged my phone up twice, there's a bit of a difference!

I placed my order on Saturday 23rd May, which is a bank holiday weekend so I expected a minor delay, but as I had not received a notification of dispatch by Wednesday 27th, I contacted customer service. They advised that my order had been dispatched, and was already with Royal Mail. They lied. Six hours later, they sent a dispatch notice, which means that it had just been collected. It is now 2 days later, and the tracking link they sent me is still not working, as Royal Mail haven't attempted delivery yet. Given that they charged me £3.99 for shipping, it seems they have used the cheapest possible delivery service and pocketed the rest. Utterly unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money.
Appalling customer service.
Ordered some earphones and a charger on the 4th May this year. Still not been delivered. Apparently DPD attempted delivery, then took the items to a collection point. I went to the collection point that day, and was told that the parcel was not there. Tried again the following day, and was told the same. Contacted DPD the day after, and was told that the parcel was being returned to Juice. Since then, I have contact Juice many times, 5 times via email, twice using their contact page on the website, and twice using DM’s. I have not received a single response!!! And still no sign of parcel being delivered.
I actually wouldn’t mind if there was an issue, and there was a delay with supplying the products, I am just really cross about Juice ignoring all of my attempts to contact them.

The one year warranty is essentially a false ploy to gain sales. Bought and started warranty through their official website had issues with a cable emailed them and am yet to receive any response almost a month later.

Quick dispatch and also arrived, well packaged, soon after. I would certainly use Juice if Apple modify their cables and plugs yet again .

After responding to my negative review (over a week after my initial email to rectify the situation), juice very quickly sent me a new powerbank free of charge. The delivery was swift and the power bank works well as expected!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The parcel hasn’t arrived nor have I had any emails to say it’s been dispatched. But I’m being asked to rate how my experience was. I believe the delivery service has either lost or stolen the parcel.
Update: The situation has escalated as Juice delivered the parcel to a random bakery 10 minutes from my address. When I notified them Marinela, from the customer service team, explained that she “just discussed this with our logistics team and we had a look on the Google maps and the address is very close to the bakery”. This is incorrect as the bakery isn’t on my road and they haven’t even delivered the parcel to the correct address. I have received no apology nor any information about how I can receive a refund or replacement items. The DPD image provided was taken in the street in front of the bakery, showing that the parcel may have never even been taken into the bakery, and could have been stolen. I won’t be buying anything from Juice again due to the lack of accountability and responses that imply disbelief and shifts responsibility onto me in a way that is unfair. The reply to this message is all for show as the customer service team have been extremely unhelpful! I would also like to clarify that delivering an item to a cafe/bakery is not a neighbour and if my address couldn’t be located, then I should have received a phone call from DPD.

The headphones didn't work when they arrived. I have tried emailing the company and they are not getting back to me. Do not use this company. I did what they asked in there reply. They wanted me to send photos and videos and then asked me to return the headphones and I can't get a refund until I do. I'm single mum and can't afford to return them. They were for my autism I will make a complaint.

Ordered 2 power banks on the 6th of May!
It’s the 16th and no sign of them. I’ve emailed customers services twice and no response.

The devices are excellent! Compact, powerful, elegant, well made. Prices are good. Delivery was quick. Packaging was Apple-standard.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. AVOID. I was diverted onto a blind link via Facebook and apparently set up a subscription (which I most definitely did not do). The first I knew about Juicetech is when £29.90 was taken from my account. This matter is being investigated by my bank as fraud
